Excellent!! Got both vehicles inspected within a half hour, including the 5 minute round trip to the house. And had a cup of coffee while waiting!! Have used them for about 15 years and would not dream of going anywhere else for post-warranty work on my Toyotas.

I would first like to say that I do not complain often, if ever. This is the first bad review I have left for any company in my 30 years. But I have put a lot of money into this company to be treated the way they treated me. Repair One charges a LOT for their services, and offers a "warranty" for every repair. I brought my vehicle in for the first time a few months back because my engine was having trouble. I have an old car (147,000 miles), but I have kept it extremely well maintained and put a lot of money into doing so with other mechanics. Repair One diagnosed the issue as a bad cam sensor and an oil leak. They fixed it, I paid over 700 bucks for the repair and they issued me a warranty for their work. Three months later, the same symptoms returned. The same EXACT issues, no difference in symptoms whatsoever. I brought the car back, and they diagnosed it as bad spark plugs and ignition coil this time around, so it would not be covered by warranty. I have to think that they didn't fix or diagnose the problem correctly the first time around, as both issues will cause similar symptoms, but not completely the same...but I still had to pay another 750-ish for the spark plug and ignition coil replacement. I suspect in a month or 2 I might experience more engine trouble...Furthermore, when I picked my car up, my struts were shot. Admittedly, they had been going bad, but were not leaking and still aren't, and they were completely fine when I dropped the car off. When I called asking how this happened, they just said my struts were bad and got worse from being put on a lift... and offered no refunds for fixing the same engine issue twice. Will not be returning. They charge too much for labor for the amount of mistakes they make along the way. If you have an old car DO NOT bring it here. Their system is to "guess-n-check" by replacing every outdated part until the issue goes away instead of figuring out what the real problem is, and this system is simply not practical.

Great it was easy, fast and I know it was done right! I've been getting my oil changed here for years. Some may be cheaper but none better! If they're running a coupon special, they will look for you and apply it, even if you dont have the coupon with you! They're great and well worth checking out!

After replacing a dead battery twice and confirming the alternator was still working, I took it to repair one. They didn't oversell their ability to diagnose the problem, but said they'd figure it out. Well, I was really impressed when they called me back stating they'd identified and fixed the bad electrical relay for a grand total of $150. That's pretty darn cheap considering the labor just to diagnose the problem. I've used them for several other repairs and always been treated very fairly.

Work done, part replaced (fuel pressure sensor), problem solved. Good communication. Price is good, very good compared to local dealer. (Fixing cars is not cheap, anywhere). Guys there are very friendly. They take you to work, they pick you up, gratis. Very nice service. Techs are mix of veterans and young guys training, very good to see.
