Redemption Roofing

They were prompt and professional during the original repair and did a great job. A few years later I needed some warranty work. A hole had appeared in my roof. I called and never got a call back. Called again, no response. Called again. So, three times called on a hole in the roof that they had installed. Not a good track record. I'm one of their original customers from 2013.and they should be taking care of me. It's a shame I have to write this review.

It went fabulous. Redemption Roofing provided a comprehensive report with pictures and descriptions of what needed to be repaired. They also found other issues under the shingles the previous contractor had not repaired. The crew that came out was on time, clean, professional and very pleasant to deal with. Redemption Roofing fixed all the issues and then some that the previous contractor in a timely manner and a very reasonable price. We are very pleased.

We had a great experience with Redemption Roofing.  Our roof had some storm damage that the insurance company did not want to pay for.  Redemption took a look at it, and worked with us to get the insurance company to pay.  I would highly recommend them to be present when the insurance adjuster shows up.  The roof was completely replaced in only one day, and looks great.

They estimate was right on the money, and the men were there right when they said they would be. They roof was off, and replaced in less than 2 days, with storms approaching they worked well into the evening to get my job done. I have recommended them to all my friends who needs a roof, and they all have the same experience. They got almost every nail out of my jungle of a yard! Very impressed! Thanks guys.

After shopping around this company had the best pricing in our area. Sales staff came out multiple times and even put up a tarp for us to prevent additional damage until roof could be repaired. However, at one appt they were a no call no show and came either very early or late for other appt times. Also, the crew did not complete some requested items and had to come back to complete.

Good. This was an insurance claim, so price is n/a.

There was no cost for the estimate. He was a very nice guy, was on time, and very professional.  I found another contractor that did extra things that and were a little bit less.

I thought they were very prompt in taking care of it. They got out and saw the installation was correct. There was one area I had them look at and they were prompt to getting back at it and fixing it.

Redemption Roofing is currently replacing my roof that was damaged by hail. They have not finished the job--just started today--but the lead up to the job was handled in a very professional manner.Before hiring them, I talked to another homeowner in my neighborhood where they had replaced a roof and he gave them a 9 out of 10. So far, they have done as promised. My landscaping is covered, as well as the pool. UPDATE: Roofing completed in less than 2 days. Excellent customer service.
