Gary did an excellent job at cutting down the blinds and restringing them. The only issue was when they were returned the catch didnt work any longer. Due to no fault of his own with ordering new parts, and replacing them, it took about 6 weeks for the one to finally get returned. Since they were most likely 15 years old, he sent them back to the factory for them to replace the catch.
He came back and reinstalled, and they work once again.
I would use this company again due to their quality of work.
