I previously had issues with finding a pool service that prioritized communication and detail. Fortunately, I came across prestige pools and from the very beginning they showed pride in their work and ensure to communicate with the client after every service was completed. My pool had become awful last year and I was fortunate enough to get Daniel out to look at the conditions. He has completely turned it around and it looks great now. He keeps it looking like new even though it is almost twenty years old. He is conscientious and does what he says he will do.

Daniel (owner) has been very reliable and diligent. He communicates when he's coming and what tasks he completed after-the-fact. He's very knowledgeable regarding pool water chemistry and has kept our pool sparkling clear and clean. Semi-annual pool filter tear-down and cleaning is extra (as is typically the case in the industry).

Started out great in the beginning but went bad after a couple months. If you are looking for your pool to be green then use Daniel or this company. Very unreliable, unprofessional and untrustworthy. Takes your money and leave you dry. Shows up when he feels like it without very little noticed. Let me save potential future customers less headache.

I hired this wonderful man to maintain my pool and get it back on track. He has done an excellent job. It's sparkling blue and couldn't ask for a better job. I highly recommend this company for pool service!!

I gave him $65 and he said he would come out to work on the pool. We talked about monthly services. I texted him to have him come out and I have never been able to get him to come out to do the work. I would not recommend this company.

"You gave me 65$ for a filter clean, and I did clean your filter. Never did you pay me for a months worth of pool service, your pool equipment is in very bad condition and needs a lot of work done to it, I specialize in maintenance not repairs."
