It cost between $2 to $3 a square foot. I thought that they did a good job and I did not have any issues with them. I had to move out of my house for three or four days because of the staining and the fumes but otherwise, it was fine. You would have to plan on that when you decide to do it as you would not be able to stay in your house with the fumes.

He did a wonderful job and the floors turned out beautiful. He only charged us $2.00 per sq foot to refinish the floors.
