Northside Overhead Doors worked on my garage as a subcontractor to Home Depot, where I purchased the opener and service. Unfortunately, after installation the garage door was misaligned with the frame, leaving a large gap at the top of the door that allows rain and insects to enter. Furthermore, the sensors malfunction which prevents the door from shutting via the remote control. Home Depot was unresponsive to requests for the problem to be assessed, and Northside Overhead Doors recommended that I contact the manufacturer. I will have to pay another firm to fix the work of Northside Overhead Doors.

   I called them and told them what had happened and how it looked.  I told them I was sure I needed a new door. They said it probably looked worse than it is.

I was given a service window of from 9 to 12.  They showed up at 9:30. Evaluated the damage, told me it needed new rollers. Showed me how the old ones had gone bad. Replaced the Rollers, straightened the track and the door was working as good as a new door within a half hour.

Very professional.

Northside is Great. They installed two garage doors with openers and a gate operator for me. They were very professional. They did a great job making sure we understood how everything worked and how to operate the each item. They left the job areas clean and were very polite. They are true professionals.
