My Guys Heating & Air Conditioning

This company charged me $416.00 (and that is applying $50 discount coupon) for replacing a Capacitor or condenser, a piece that cost $20 to $30 and takes about 5 to 10min to replace. So they would have charge $466 without coupon if i had not complained. Be aware of companies chaeging you these mind of amounts for a simple repair like this one. You can do it yourself! I was out of town and could not do it myself . I will never call this company again.

They arrived on time, diagnosis the problem and made the repair at the time of service. I would recommend My Guys to my friends and family.

Great! Technician arrived on time after calling to alert was 15 minutes away. Diagnosed problem after listening to my description of issue. Thoroughly inspected unit attic and outside. Replaced & repaired after review of what was necessary which was a new thermostat. Very courteous and kind technician, very professional! Highly recommend! Isiah was technician on this job. 👍

I complained to the company that their work was unsatisfactory and they are refusing to fix the damage that they created in my home! I am disgusted and completely upset and am left with a huge mess in my beautiful home because of their stupid mistake!

After waiting for a no call no show from another company set up by my warranty company. I called my warranty company back and they reassigned me to My Guys Heating and Air Conditioning Company. They were there to answer the call and responded within 30 minutes of notification to set up an appointment. They give a 2 hour notice with a 30 min advance of showing up and came within a 30 minute time frame. I was so impressed with the professionalism, knowledge and solutions offered that I signed a contract to have them keep tabs on my A/C for preventative maintenance in the future. GREAT JOB GUYS.

They were the only people I called on the internet. Really nice receptionist, Sara, explained everything clearly. Two guys who came out were very personable and they did their best to make this reasonable. They called ahead to let you know they were on their way. They're very good. I will go out of my way to refer them to anyone needing hvac work!

They are very professional and thorough. I will definitely hire them again.
