"Our technician was out at this property in December because Mr and Mrs [Member Name Removed]'s heating system was not working properly. Upon investigation the technician discovered that the thermostat and transformer had failed and he made an electrical repair by replacing the thermostat and the transformer in the furnace. We did not at any time service or inspect the condensate pipes as they are only used during the cooling cycles. We are extremely sorry that this situation occurred. However, it was not a result of anything My Guys Heating & Air Conditioning did. As always it is advised that you have your heating and cooling system thoroughly inspected each season before switching from heating to cooling. This is to prevent unexpected situations that may arise such as this one."
After waiting for a no call no show from another company set up by my warranty company. I called my warranty company back and they reassigned me to My Guys Heating and Air Conditioning Company. They were there to answer the call and responded within 30 minutes of notification to set up an appointment. They give a 2 hour notice with a 30 min advance of showing up and came within a 30 minute time frame. I was so impressed with the professionalism, knowledge and solutions offered that I signed a contract to have them keep tabs on my A/C for preventative maintenance in the future.
