Monte is an excellent designer with attention to detail. He works with you to create the house plan of your dreams and always seeks your input to get the best design layout possible.

I had to terminate him. None of his drawings were in compliance with the POA restrictions that I supplied to him. After a number of rounds of him not listening to what I wanted, I had asked a friend who refer me to him to act as a intermediary to even get him on a similar page. We got closer but did not get to a completed design. I will not use Monte Smith Designs for further projects, nor will I refer him to others.
