When we first started using Trey, several years ago, he was great. This last go 'round, we didn't see him much, just his work crew and the "foreman" was working on his own agenda. The overall quality was severely lacking, and several items we had custom built for the remodel have since come apart. The full scope of work was never completed because he wanted more money than was originally agreed upon. We had always worked from a "gentlemen's agreement" with Trey before, but this time it really bit us in the backside. In fairness, the problem was more than likely the project foreman, but Trey never took the time to sit down with us regarding the issues. He seemed to be much more interested in an upcoming commercial construction job, than dealing with a residential issue. Real pity, because we had recommended him to a boatload of people.
