We called them out after discovering water coming through the ceiling from an upstairs bathroom. They were contracted to do the remediation and then later to do the restoration. They agreed to do the work based off to the approved insurance amount. They billed us for work that they did not begin as well as work they did not complete. I can not comment further because they are actually suing me and threatening to put a lean on my house.

Could not have been more satisified with the work that was done - workers were punctional/professional, estimate was comprehensive/accurate, and work was completed on time. Our work was managed by Wade Bowles who was a pleasure to work with.
