I hired Tom on 9/28 to clean out the black mold out of my 4 year old shower. Tom arrived a little late and upon working he began power washing when water and chemicals began to come out of the shower on the walls, ceiling and bathroom door. Everything was soaked on a brand new house. However after cleaning up the mess Tom began to leave and I questioned if he was done and I didn t like paying $324 for a shower that looked the exact same. Tom stressed that I was his customer and the chemicals needed time. On 9/30 I called Tom with him not answering but only text. After expressing to Tom that I was thinking of canceling check he became agitated and questioned if I just wanted his services for free. I told Tom his services didn t work and he began to lie and say he seen it work and he took pictures.I end up buying germicidal bleach and a grout brush and cleaned it my self after the plumber that was here as well told me about the bleach and was suprised by Toms work . I m sure Tom will say I m a Liar or untruthful just as he does on most of negative reviews but he knows he did a piss poor job and he has to lay his head down at night knowing he s a con artist.

"Unbelievable! This customer painted her grout! I told her before I started the job that there was no guarantee on removing paint from grout call she insisted that I do the job and get up as much paint out of the grout as I possibly could.I tell all my customers I never recommend color cleaning Color cleaning or anything that enhances the original color of your grout. It is impossible to remove once you have colored it and that is exactly what I told this customer and now she gives me a bad review because of her actions and lack of education on proper maintenance of tile and grout."
