Luxury Roofing was very professional and exhibited a high level of integrity in the work they performed.  The people that came out to perform the repairs on my property were easy to work with, professional and reliable.  They cleaned up after every time they were there and you were unable to see there had been a crew of workers there (except for the work they did).  Many times when having a roof repaired, nails will get in the lawn around the edges of the roof.  This was not the case with Luxury Roofing.  No nails were found in the lawn.  They also repaired a board/area where some rotting had taken place which could not be seen until after the shingles had been removed. I was not charged extra for them to fix this issue.  Also, everything was written out in advance with an exact price for everything.  At the completion of the job, I owed the exact amount that was quoted to me.  Everything was exactly as was explained to me and there were no surprises at the end.  I really appreciated all the detailed communication.  They were easy to contact and returned phone calls and messages promptly.  I  highly recommend this company for solving any roofing problems you may have and also other types of work needing to be done on the exterior of the house.

The Luxury Roofing crew was respectful and hard-working. They began in the morning, but not too early, and worked until it became too dark to see. Nails were picked up at the end of each day, not just at the end of the job. Jimmy made me aware of all costs in his original estimate.

Jimmy started with a free inspection.  He worked with us and followed up with great timeliness.  We had some hang ups with the insurance company and he responded quickly and efficiently to get them exactly what was missing.  The roofers worked with extreme professionalism and left the place cleaner than when they arrived.

It went extremely well and they finished in one day. He did a great job working with our insurance adjusters. They had great customer service and explained the terms of the contract very well.
