+ -1 moreI originally received a quote for this company to do an entire hard wood installation but, unfortunately, they were booked out a few weeks. Since I really wanted to get the work done right away, I went with another company. Big Mistake! The OTHER company ended up taking 3 weeks to do the work, which should have taken less than one week, and they did a mediocre job. The OTHER company could not even figure out how to do proper risers, so they just stopped (admitting they were not qualified, they even offered me a partial refund). Stuck with unfinished floors, I called Chris Lovett and asked if he could finish the job, even though he had not done the main part of the work. He was so kind and understanding, and he sent two very, very WELL QUALIFIED woodworkers to my house in short order. They were able to craft beautiful, custom risers and performed the work in a matter of HOURS, not days. I am so happy with the final product and so grateful that this company was willing to help me out of this bind. THANK YOU so much, Lovett Hardwood Floors. You are really the cream of the crop in your industry!
