The service went great. They always do a good job. What stands out about them is that they are always fairly priced. They never try to do anything that is not needed. They are always prompt. They are always on-time.

I have used Latino Plumbing on numerous occasions and have been pleased every time. I would definitely use them again and recommend to others.

Our house still had some old galvanized pipe in the ceiling and walls. We have replaced most of it due to past pin hole leaks in rusted pipes. But there was a short section near the outside wall where water enters the house that sprung a leak while we were still there (Thank God.). We turned off the water to the house and called Latino plumbing and they came out early the next morning. They replaced the section of pipe (while only having to cut a 8and quot; x 8and quot; hole in the wall that was unavoidable), replaced the outside cutoff valve that was rusted, and also put in an inside cutoff valve in with a small door so we can shut off the water to the house without even going outside (that we didnt even ask them to do, because we never thought of it, but is very nice to have).
Besides being very professional and focused on getting the job done thoroughly, I mostly like the direct, no nonsense, approach of the master plumber who came out. He is a good guy and treated us very well. The bill was a lot less than I expected. he will tell you the good news and the bad news without sugar coating it. Honesty in a contractor is the most important trait for me.

They have a good response time. I like that when I ask questions they advise me on what the best solution is. I asked about putting an extra connector in for a Doggy Flush but he informed me that it isn't good because pet waste doesn't break down like human waste and would clog up. I appreciate the assistance they give.

The second major issue was a water leak from our condo unit upstairs down into the bottom condo kitchen ceiling. This was an intermittent leak and would start and go away, start and go away. This had gone on for 3 days while they where troubleshooting and tearing into our dry wall as well as the neighbors downstairs ceiling drywall. Our final bill from them was $1050 in which the only thing fixed was a small copper pipe repair in the wall under the sink which may or may not have been part of the overall leak damage. In all 3 days the plumber(s) did not check or even run the dish washer to see if that was the issue. The third day I told them to check it out and it was the dish washer causing the leak.
In my opinion this company is incompetent in basic troubleshooting techniques and caused major damage to walls and drywalls that we must now pay for and fix. I am sure they where not out to just make a buck based on past experience however we will never use this company again nor would we recommend them to other businesses or residential customers.
We where not going to pay any of the final bill and take them to court for the other damage however I have other pressing issues with properties elsewhere to deal with and cannot be in Houston to handle that. We agreed to pay $650 of the bill which is more than fair for their time invested but not the work performed. They say in their invoice that we still owe them for the rest of the bill and they will not do any more work for us or the condo association which is nonsense. We do not recomend this company at this point.

We had our bathtub and shower and two sinks back up on a Friday evening. I called later on that night and they said they would be out first thing in the morning. The men at Latino Plumbers came early Saturday morning and began to clean out the drains and lines. They were prompt, professional and cleaned up after themselves. They worked quickly and mentioned that having all my drains cleaned out routinely would cost less than having to do them one at a time. They were very reasonable with their prices. I have used them in the past and will use them again.

They did show up a few minutes late (about 30mins) to do the work but everything else was great. Called late one evening and they came out the next morning. Cleared the pluggage and took the time to explain what could have cause the problems so I can monitor the situation in the future. They quoted an estimate on the phone and that's what it cost. All very good and would use again.

I liked their integrity. I would use them again in the future.

He did a good job. He was able to patch up the job really quick. He was very responsive.

The company came out by appointment! Can you imagine? Found the real problem and told me there was absolutely nothing wrong with my water heater, that there was a leaking fitting in the wall. They finished the whole job in about an hour and had to come back the next day to turn everything back on after the pressure test.

The plumbers at Latino Plumbing do a great job. They are very professional. I have used them twice. The second time there was a problem but they fixed it and they were very prompt. They do very good work and I am very happy with them.

Great job!! We had a serious plumbing malfunction and needed to replace the waste line asap! Roy came out when he said he would and gave me a estimate It was a very fair price. Told me that his crew would come out and do the work in one day. And they did! Latino Plumbing dug up by hand 150' of pipe and replaced it the same day! They hauled off the removed pipe and left the trench open for the city inspector! The plumbing was usable at the end of the 1st day. And the city inspector approved the work the next morning and the trench was covered by noon. An outstanding job. I would use this company for any and all plumbing projects.

Cleaned "gunk" out of a bathroom sink p trap. This "gunk" was unusual and tech said he had never seen this before. Needless to say, it was causing a terrible odor. Replaced toilet parts. They happily and quickly went to retrieve necessary parts that they did not have.

These guys were super responsive to my Friday afternoon call about a water leak. They came promptly (full of enthusiasm after a full day of work) and found my leak source. They had to crawl in the hot attic and finally cut holes in the bathroom walls to find it. They advised us of the problem and made an appointment to come back (Saturday--it included overtime, but we wanted it FIXED). They came back ON TIME and repaired an unbelievable mistake made by previous remodelers. hey were polite and energetic. Very professional. The price was pretty high. But what can you expect for overtime on two days? They also gave me the 10% discount they advertise through Angie's List.

It was great. They gave me an estimate over the phone and came out the next day and performed the work. Two men came and removed the old ones from the attic while others delivered the new ones and installed them. They flushed the water lines and explained the settings on the new units.

I've never had to wait for them. When they say they'll be here they're here. Not only are they prompt, they leave no mess and are reasonably priced. I love my plumber from Latino Plumbing!!!

polite, excellent installation and operational check before departure

No other plumbing company told me that they could reroute the line, so I would have to have someone come out every 6 months. Since Latino fixed the problem I have not had problems. They are always very courteous and reasonable pricing. They are knowledgeable, efficient and I just love them. I do trust them coming into my house My dogs like them too.

HECTOR WAS ON TIME, RESPECTABLE AND COURTEOUS. THIS IS A FAMILY BUSINESS WHICH DOES NOT SUB-CONTRACT. THEIR NAME IS THEIR HONOR. THE PEOPLE ARE CRAFTSMEN IN THEIR TRADE. I WILL CALL THEM ANYTIME I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH THE PLUMBIMG

THEY DID A GREAT JOB AT A REASONABLE PRICE. I'VE USED THIS COMPANY BEFORE AND FOUND THEM TO BE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND TRUSTWORTHY. GREAT SERVICE EVEN ON THE WEEKENDS.
