About us

We are a Marine contracting firm with capabilities of completing on time project completion to businesses and individuals within the scope of our expertise. We seldom utilize subcontractors and provide a turnkey service with our in house personnel. Our staff is under 10 employees at most times. We do not charge for estimates. Our primary work zone is Southeast and South Texas. We have the ability to work from our own barges or by land if feasible. All dicounts are negotiable.

Lakeshore did a great job. The end result turned out better than I had expected. The quote was fair and the final price was as quoted. All debris from the old dock was either burned in my fire pit or hauled off. Nothing was left behind. Everyone who saw pictures of the job in progress and equipment being used (mini excavator, barge) commented that Lakeshore appeared to be doing a professional job. Their mini excavator did some minor trenching damage to the yard with its treads but nothing more than can be expected. Tony Hamilton was professional and good to work with but difficult to contact by phone. He did answer emails promptly. The job was completed about 15 days later than originally promised, but this was not an inconvenience.
