Arrived early and tuned up both garage doors. A few weeks later I had an issue with one of the doors and Brin came out and fixed the problem. Very professional service. I will use them again in future and definitely recommend this company to family and friends.

I called on Sunday and received a call back that day with an appointment for 7:00 Monday morning to replace the torsion spring. John was very polite and professional. He asked if we had any other issues with the garage and when I explained the noise so he suggested new rollers. The price was very fair for the service received and I'm happy to have a garage door that not only opens again but is so much more quiet! I'm glad there is a local company that can provide such exemplary service and we'll definitely use them again in the future.

Talked with Brin Duncan on Friday, 10/7/16, and set up an appointment for the following Monday, 10/10. His son came out right on time, went over the existing door opener equipment to make sure that it was unrepairable. After reviewing the door operation, he recommended replacing the single coil spring, which was over 10 years old, with a double coil spring. The installation of the new springs and the new garage door opener was under 2 hours, and included programming the remotes and outdoor keypad. He even programmed my wife's car. He did a great job installing everything, and going over the operation with me. This is a great company to do business with.

Lake Woodlands Garage Door sent a repair tech, Cortney, to our house within two hours of our call to them. He was very personable and worked quickly to repair the spring, so I could get my car out and go to an appointment. Explaining the details to my husband, Cortney then replaced the rollers, which made the door much quieter.

Fine. It was determined that in addition to the tune-up, replacing the current metal rollers with new plastic rollers would be a good upgrade per Brin, the owner of the company. It was a good recommendation. Doors go and and down much faster, and QUIETER now. Well worth the money.

I am very pleased with the service. Scott arrived at exactly the time he said he was going to arrive to the minute. He examined the garage door and knew exactly what was wrong and how to correct the problem. I had previously made an attempt to fix it by replaceing one spring that broke. When he saw the spring he knew it was the wrong one and he kept me informed of what he was going to do to fix the problem. I usually don't recommend businesses to others however in this case I have to make an exception. The service was above and beyond excellent !

We have used Lake Woodlands Garage Door in the past and have had good service from them. I called them and they scheduled an appointment for the next day. Brin (the owner) showed up as scheduled and on time. Brin was very knowledgeable and professional. He immediately identified our problems and gave us suggestions on how to improve the operation of our doors (we have two) and how to do it without spending a lot of money. Brin has our doors working very good and a big improvement over their performance, before he came. We will definitely use Lake Woodlands Garage Doors in the future and recommend them to our friends.

Scott worked professionally and fixed all my problems with the garage door. Not only did he fix the rollers, he also maintained the hinges and the spring. On top of that, he re-aligned the the motor because it was not positioned correctly. I am satisfied with the job.

I had a great experience with Lake Woodlands Garage Door. Brin was timely, professional and competent. He arrived promptly, discussed my requested repairs, answered my questions and completed the items I requested. I felt as though Brin was treating my money like his own - not trying to upsell or add on services that I didn't need. He tinkered with my door opener opener which had churned for a while trying to lift the door without the aid of springs and was able to get it working without having to add a new opener to the ticket. All in all, it was a fantastic experience. When my door opener does die, I'll be calling Lake Woodlands rather than replacing it myself. Thank you, Brin.
