KING SOLOMONS TREE SERVICES

I called King Solomon's Tree Srvc to schedule an estimate. I was lucky he was in the neighborhood and he came out in about 30 mins. and gave us a good estimate on a tall pine tree that had been eaten by termites and had become a fall risk and was also in a tight spot in our backyard between our fence, neighbors garage, power line, and a satellite dish. After the estimate he said it could be done that day within our time constraints. All went superb and they were very careful not to damage anything. We were very pleased with their professionalism, speed, accuracy and price. I would definitely call them again!

Called 2 other tree services for the job, but it was obvious by the high price estimates that they didn't want the job unless I was willing to pay dearly for it. (For those not familiar with the hazards of trimming Mexican type palms, their leaves/fronds harbour wasps, bees, roaches, and other undesirable pests that go on a rampage when their "homes" are disturbed. Equally bad, the leaf stems have protrusions much like sharks teeth that rip scalps, arms, legs, any part of human flesh for anyone who doesn't know how to handle them.) The owner of King Solomon didn't balk at the job I needed done. He may have secretely winced a bit - but maybe not. I couldn't be at the job site but he went to the job site to give me a firm estimate without me being present. When I called him the next morning and agreed to the price, his crew went out that day, trimmed up the palms, cleaned up all debris created by the work, so as that no one could tell that they had ever been there except for the much improved look of the palm trees. I handled the payment by phone, as once again I could not be present at the time of the work being done. King Solomon sent a receipt by e-mail the next business day. Good work, fast service, and I didn't have to be present for the estimate or work - an added convenience for me.

Mr. Andrew not only has big rig equipment to get the job done like the crane, the stump grinder, or the tree shredder; He is one of the most integral & respectable business owners i have ever known. Along with his crew, they are supremely efficient and professional. I would highly recommend KSTS especially if your in search for a company with loads of experience. Plus, they are insured and bonded!

I have used King Solomon for all my tree removals in the last 10 years. They came the first time after Hurricane Ike and were prompt even in the middle of all of that mess. They have always done very good work for me, giving me an estimate before they do any work.
Their prices seem high to me, but I haven't compared their costs to anyone else, so I don't know if they are more expensive than others.  I know that they do good work.  They have removed several dead trees for me and have promised to support me if the neighborhood Nazi's come around taking pictures and wondering why I removed a perfectly good tree. We only have a few trees left to remove and I will call King Solomon when we need to get rid of those trees, as well. 

The crew was responsive and the price was very reasonable considering how large the tree was. I would hire them again if they were available and I need tree cutting services, assuming their rates have not gone up. It has been several years since I used the service.

Workers arrived and did the tree trimming. Because it was wet they wanted to return in a few days to grind the stump for the palm tree. I paid the full price for all work when the trimming was finished based on their promise they would be back promptly to grind the stump. After a week and no one returned I began calling both their office and Solomon's cell phone. When, after multiple tries I reached Solomon on his cell phone he promised they would be back within three days. They did not show up and never answered the phone again when I tried to reach him.

The crew arrived on time and cut down one large tree and one small tree that were dying.  They were very safety conscious.  They put the trunks into a chipper and made mulch of them.  They cleaned up after themselves very well.  They were courteous, efficient and very tidy.  I would use this company again.

My neighbors had suggested calling King Solomon after I mentioned some very high bids for tree removal. Andrew came over the day I called and gave a bid to remove a large, dying oak tree for $550. When they came to remove the tree, I asked to have them quote on another large tree, grind both stumps, and trim back several trees. Andrew gave very fair quotes on the trees. He also made several very good comments and suggestions (grinding old stumps which were tripping hazards). Andrew's group knocked out the 80' pine tree in 3 hours and the oak tree in about 2.5 hours; these were VERY large trees in The Woodlands. The 80' pine tree was only about 36 inches from my house. There were absolutely no issues when removing the trees. The team cleaned up everything after their job was completed and were very professional. I would absolutely use King Solomon's tree service again and recommend them to anyone.

Came out immediately when I called for bid and had men out the next day. One tree was cut and dropped away from the house, the other had to be taken down in pieces. Had no complaints about the owners or workers. Stumps were ground and wood all cleaned up. It only took about four hours total. The also cut a dead tree on the wooded lot next door that was threatening my home and dropped it back into the woods at no charge
. I felt at first they were high, but I had one bid about $500 more and one $500 less. The lesser bid I was a little uncomfortable with so I went with the middle.

Returned my phone calls promptly. Very punctual and courteous.. Excellent job removing trees and debris. I did not have the stumps ground, but the men cut the stumps as close to the ground as possible. They were very careful not to let my dogs out of the yard. I will definitely use them again.

Called them to get an estimate and he arrived within the hour. Explained how they would do the job and called the crew to verify it could be done the same day. That was important since it was hanging precariously on the house. Arrived about an hour later with 5 guys and more than enough equipment. I will admit I was a bit concerned at the beginning of the job. The way they did it seemed dangerous but it was a really tight space and it appeared to them that this was normal. They finished the job without issue and cleaned up quite well. Very pleased with the work and the price.

We needed trees removed quickly and they were able to come out the same day as we called. Did an excellent job and cleaned up everything before they left. We have used them before and would not hesitate to call again.

I would use them again. They started and had to stop and come back because they had some extenuating circumstances.

I talked to the owner, Andrew, 2 days before. He got his crews together, and they came out and did a beautiful job of clearing this out. They ground out the stumps and took away all the wood. They put the brush in a chipper and took the larger branches and stumps away in a truck. He has a lot of large equipment, so the clean up was quick. I would hire them again.

King Solomon's Tree Service is the best tree company in the area. I have used them a couple of other times in the past and have been pleased with their service. I feel that they offer a good service for less money and they take half the time. I did feel that they did a great job on my trees because they were very old so they had their hands full on this job. They were very clean and didn't leave a mess at all in my yard.
