It was very good. They were very professional. The workers were nice.

They came out quickly and the water was continually running.

There was a bigger problem and they told us that it was a problem that was gonna come back and their working on the big problem right now.

My recollection has that as mediocre.

I don't remember having any problems.

They did a great job. I got them off of Angie's List. I think I got charged premium because it was on a Saturday. It's probably appropriate for the Saturday call. I could have found cheaper but I wasn't willing to. It's completely fixed. They made sure it was done. I had no concerns. They came right on time. The service was prompt, professional and it fixed the problem completely. There were no issues since. They're very professional.

We're quite satisfied. The pricing was reasonable. The quality of work was excellent.

He can't even fix the issue that I brought to his attention. When you flush my toilet the handle sticks down and the water continues to run in the bowl and that wasn't happening before he came. That wasn't what I called him for. So I brought it to his attention and he told me it would cost me extra to fix that.

He inspected the issue and informed us that upon construction, the drain pipe was not properly installed. We then contacted the original construction plumbing company who came out and correctly the issue. I wish that I would have called them in the first place as this turned out to be an unnecessary expense for us. JD Plumbing charged us what their Angie's List ad stated for the service call, so I really don't have a legitimate complaint about the cost.

They were pretty good. He said he did a major overhaul of the toilets, but I didn't see that so I don't know whether they did that or not. I would recommend them. I would say that if it's going to be a major overhaul of the toilet and charge you I suggest you look at it and watch. He did a good job.

JD Precision Plumbing is an OUTSTANDING company from start to finish!! The ladies in the scheduling and billing dept are very helpful and extremely friendly! Josef was the technician sent out to do the work and although fairly new with the company he did an outstanding job! He was very personable as well as professional! He took the time to thoroughly explain everything and even worked with us on the pricing once the quote was given to us. He cleaned and removed all trash before leaving and even filled the new kitchen faucet soap dispenser without even being asked to do so. Unfortunately while installing the new faucet, he accidentally scratched the mounting plate but JD Precision took exceptional care of us by replacing the plate at their expense. We will DEFINITELY be using JD Precision Plumbing for ALL our future plumbing needs and HIGHLY recommend them for your plumbing needs as well!!

Perfect. Bathroom sink and cabinet had been modified to accommodate wheelchair access making it a more difficult installation. The service rep (Taylor) didn't let it phase him and there was no additional charge. Would recommend JD Precision without hesitation.

It went great! The technician arrived, as promised. He was able to fix my leak very quickly. It turned out to be a loose fitting. He tightened everything up, assured it was functioning properly, in just a few minutes. He then offered a free inspection of the plumbing in the rest of the house, even going into the attic to inspect the hot water heater, checking hoses and valves. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable and explained what he was checking. He said that since my fix was just a minor adjustment, there would be no charge for his services today. It only took a few minutes and he was happy to do it for me. I was speechless and very appreciative. This firm will take care of all my future plumbing needs. In fact, I am going to purchase one of their specials for a hot water heater servicing to be done this fall. This is the plumbing company I have been looking for!

Water leaking from ceilingI received a phone call from our Tennant stating water was leaking from the ceiling and knew it had to be the bathtub from her pictures and description. JD Precision worked me in right away to get this looked at. Luckily I don't run in to trouble on a regular basis but each time I have used them they have provided outstanding service. I will continue to use them for every plumbing need that arises and would recommend them to anyone. Happy customer Stacy G

Called him this morning and he was here by 1pm. He gave us an estimate and when we gave him the go ahead, he started work and worked nonstop til finished. He was professional, courteous, and answered all questions. We were pleased to get the job done today. We will use them again. We appreciated the efficiency of Tyler and his promptness. Leo Smith

They quit working with us because they're not really geared for working with home warranty. They actual do good work. They're kind of pricey. But, that doesn't mean the quality of the work is impacted. It was more expensive because the water heater was up on the third floor. It was actually a two-story house with an attic and the water heater had to be hauled up into the attic. The plumbing work that was done, was just fine. The only problem that company had was, aggression in the office because a particular person had too many duties and not enough time to communicate.

The service was perfect. It always has been good. We have had a lot of services with them. The service this morning was fine. He was not even here for five minutes.

The first work they did didn’t go well so they had to come back and fix it. The workers were okay.

We had some problems, they came right away and they were very good. What he did was he wanted to know exactly where the leak was in the ceiling so he cut a little piece of dry wall of in the ceiling and then he said to me he's gonna have to charge $75 for this. I said why the hell didn't you tell me this before you cut the hole in the ceiling. If I did the repair then he wouldn't charge me the $75, isn't that called extortion?

Called in thursday. Got an appointment for friday between 2 - 5 pm. called at noon to confirm the appointment. received a call just before 5:00 pm saying they wont be able to make it by a very apologetic person. They were running behind, but will stop by later if i pay a $100 after hour fee. Thankfully, i found another company that came in first thing saturday morning to identify and fix the problem. they are very likely going to remodel the shower as well when they build it back up. Not worth your time - dont care about keeping their appointments, or leaving customers hanging out to dry. The fee is not really the problem - the issue is I shouldnt be paying for their tardiness.
