Robert (our technician) was great! He's a very smart man, full of knowledge and will answer all your questions, even the silly ones! :) We have been using Gordon & Sons for a few years now, and had to call them once at 10:00 PM because our AC went out. They came right away, worked on it in the dark and fixed it! They have great rates, they're friendly, and they go above and beyond. We recommend them 100%!

He was honest.  He showed up when he said he would. The price was reasonable and he did not try to sell me anything that I did not need.

We have used Jack Gordon & Sons for years to check our A/C system and heater. We have had no issues with either and attribute some of that to the care and attention in the service provided. My husband went into the attic with the serviceman and watched as he checked all areas of the furnace and did the cleaning. My husband was thoroughly impressed with the professionalism of the serviceman and the knowledge of our unit. He asked about an additional filter to attach to the HVAC and was told of a couple different options as well as the cost of each. They are very friendly, nice, and polite . . . and we will continue to use them and recommend them to our family and friends.

I trust them and they are very neat and clean. They are very prompt and always on time. I would highly recommend them.

The serviceman who came out was very professional.   He did the work he said he would do.  Had recommendation for more improved air flow...but, said it was not necessary in order for  A/C to work up to standard.  Made the repair on the hose.  Said the freon level was fine.   

I have used them several times in the past 15 years.  My mother did, also.  They were always very reasonable and effecient.   My mother was in her 90's and they put her as a priority, whenever she called, They explained to me that they always put the elderly first, since, it is was normally in the dead heat of summer....or in the cold of winter.

Would highly recommend this family owned company. 

The service exceeded our expectations. Company representatives were responsive, courteous, honest, and performed quality work. Before the job, they even recommended products that were less expensive than what we had in mind, and these units are performing very well for us.
