HomeSaviors began as a group of investors buying and flipping homes in 2003. Much like you see on popular home improvement channels, we sought out properties that could be repaired and either flipped for a profit or saved as housing for rentals. Our experience is based around cost effective repairs and improvements to homes which may include full renovations. Our first renovation was a no money down flip, financed by the seller, where we spent 45 days to completely renovate, including foundation repair, reroof, flooring, cabinets, counter tops, sinks, paint and staining, making the home awesome, selling in 5 days and closing in 30. Since that time HomeSaviors has remodeled, repaired and maintained homes across Harris and Montgomery Counties in Texas. Excited by the results, others viewing our properties asked us to do renovations for them. We believe a great remodeling company should have focus on providing what the customer wants.
