It was the worst service I ever had in my life. They brought the washing machine out and before they left I had put a lot of clothes in. The washing machine started gushing water. I called Home Depot and it was like an hour before they came back but they just left. It took them another week and half to get the washing machine that I wanted and it shouldn’t have taken that long. It was a white washing machine and nobody wants a white. The price was fine. The price was not the issue but the service was the issue. If I need anything else it won’t be from Home Depot. Their responsiveness was the worst. The drier needs to be leveled and they still didn’t level it. All they need to do is comeback out and level it.

Home Depot did a very good job. The only problem was that the shipment came up missing. It delayed the installation date. They did a really good job on everything and their service was good.

Home Depot did a good job. They installed everything correctly and it is working fine. I have had no problems with it. They were very punctual. They sent someone right out to get the door opener installed. It didn't take long at all. They showed me how to use the new opener. They cleaned up after themselves.
