They do a once over on it besides the oil change just to make sure everything looks okay. The brakes and everything else.
They have a big maintenance shop, so you never have to wait to get in. They make it easy on the customer and gives you a break on the cost. I won?t use anybody else!
From the minute I spoke to Maxine personally about my concerns I knew I was in good hands. Not only could I get a complimentary ride on a shuttle to my house if needed, I could rent a car from the on-site Enterprise agency. This was great news as my former auto shop would hold my car for 7-10 days without any transportation alternatives!
Maxine kept in touch me frequently via phone and follow-up e-mails so I could make decisions between immediately needed repairs and those which can wait for a couple more paychecks to accrue. The service was performed in less time than I had been promised and the bonus was that I didn't have to miss work like I did when waiting for my former auto repair shop.
Upon check out, the cashier was very diligent and pleasant and my husband's account manager, Brian, came over to talk to me since Maxine was not working that day. Another service rep, Kenny, was grumbling at the cashier, but I chalked it up to a rough Friday! The overall cheerful friendly professional atmosphere at Gullo was noted and appreciated.
I love the hours of operation of Gullo Toyota, my service account rep, Maxine, the attention to my budget, my safety and getting me back on the road in a timely manner.
I will gladly drive right by and wave as I drive past my old auto shop to take my car to Gullo Toyota's service department.
estimate on minor scratched paint repair. I had never been there before, but I had read
on Angie's list that they had a very high rating.
I was immediately greeted with a smile by Michael Cortez, Collision
Center Manager. I was treated so good by
Mr. Cortez that it was shocking ? this type of good treatment has sadly become very
rare today. I had just come from another
collision shop where I had work done a few years ago, they acted like they did
not have the time to talk to me, and they were very negative. The difference was so striking it was
jaw-dropping. Mr. Cortez came out to see
my car, got the help of one of the bodywork men and immediately buffed out, and
touched up the affected areas. I did not
ask for this immediate help, Mr. Cortez just wanted to help, and go the extra
mile
I have told three people since I left the dealership, about
this outstanding level of service. I
only have experienced this level of great friendly service one other time when
I had a $65,000 Lexus under warranty - so they had a vested interest, and they
knew me.
This is the type of treatment that sells cars. When I start shopping in the fall I will give FIRST
priority to Gullo. What an asset this
man is, and also the other bodywork man, who bend over backwards to help, and
was just as friendly.
We all know the car buying experience is like going to the dentist for a root canal; it's like going through a trial by ordeal. But Gullo Toyota is in a different class. It was hands-down the best experience I've ever had with a car dealership. I was so impressed with everything from start to finish that I feel compelled to sing their praises.
Over the past few months I've been looking at new vehicles. When it came time to get serious about trading in my car and buying something new I wasted two full days visiting various dealerships in the north Houston region. I repeatedly got the typical sleazy salesman tactics - you know the ones: they put numbers in four squares and try to make you initial by each one while they screw around with them; they have to constantly check with the sales manager and then they give you the nonstop back and forth runaround, etc. It astounds me that dealerships routinely treat their customers this way. New cars are NOT cheap and it's insulting to be treated like an idiot by some cheap suit salesman who usually knows far less about the cars they're selling than an informed customer.
I was so burned out that I almost gave up on the whole thing. Finally, as one last ditch effort, I decided to stop by Gullo Toyota in Conroe. I almost didn't go, but I'm glad I did! From the moment I got there, I was greeted politely and treated with total respect. They listened to what I wanted and they didn't try to push anything on me. The sales manager, Kirk, and the salesman, a young guy who goes by the name "Tiger," were both very polite, patient, and knowledgeable. They offered me exactly what I asked for on my trade-in and they gave me a killer deal on a 2013 Toyota 4Runner (below invoice). The whole process took about 30 minutes. Kirk showed me the numbers, we shook hands, he thanked me for coming to see them, and that was it. No back and forth games. No funny tricks. No screwing around with the numbers. No overpriced dealer add-on "options." Nothing like that at all. Just a straightforward, honest deal between two men and a handshake that left both sides happy. To make matters even better, the finance guy was able to beat my already fantastic financing rate with my credit union by 2%, which stunned me because nobody has been able to get anywhere near my credit union's rate. There were no hidden fees and no fuzzy math. Again, it was just a straightforward deal. For the first time in my life, I drove away from a dealership 110% satisfied with the entire experience.
I'll definitely be going there for all of my service needs, and I'll recommend them to anyone looking to buy a new Toyota. I just wish I would've gone there first. It would've saved me a lot of time and headache.
