Sam was on time for our appointment. We discussed the scope of work which follows. Removed approximately 1 1/2" to 2" of soil, graded yard toward street installed sprinkler spread and racked out top soil, planted 4 citrus trees and laid down sod. From start to finish the crew was extremely professional and careful of the plants we wanted to keep. We asked them to put down a boarder of rock between the foundation and the new sod which they contained with a composite 1x4. When thy had finished the sod one of the crew showed me how to use the controller and then set it up for the new sod. They also explained care and how long to wait before cutting and cleaned up. I will hire again

This company is very good at what they do. I would recommend them and I would hire them again. Thank you so much the lawn looks great, they even fixed the sprinkler heads that were in the shrub bed.

The installers were professional and did a fantastic job. The office staff however is a whole other story. They are slow to respond and recently we started getting calls that we owed more money months after the job was completed. They claim there was a change order to move a post as they hit utility lines. They had the property marked prior so I am not sure why I needed to pay. Also they never told me. They have sent several follow up emails to ask me how the fence is but never once mentioned this for months. Now this week I start getting calls and they are rude telling me if I don’t pay now they will add late charges. I asked for a copy of the signed change order or where in writing I was notified and agreed. I haven’t heard from them since. They also didn’t honor their 5% off for Angie’s list customers. We paid almost $10K so this wasn’t a small job and wouldn’t have been a small discount. Overall find another company to avoid the headache of dealing with the office staff. I sent an email asking them to pay the change order with the discount money I didn’t receive. No response as of yet.

THE BEST!! Out of 4 companies I had quote this job 3 did not reply. Greenscape Innovations was the best company. Quick quotes and fast service. I had a deadline and they were very thoughtful of that. They did all the work in one day and it rained most of that day. I will definitely use them again.

Greenscape did an awesome job. Their landscaper was prompt and their price was the most competitive. They also resolved issues with our sprinkler system we weren’t aware existed. When we believed we had a leak a few days after completing the job, they sent out another tech who do repaired the system for free.

NO CALL, NO SHOW!! The worst! When I called to find out why no one ever showed up or even bothered to call me they told me I was 're-scheduled' but I was never told about it. They offered to send someone out that day but if this is how they do business and are this unorganized I don't know if they could do a good job. Everyone's time is valuable and I try not to do business with companies that don't seem to care about it.

All the work was done as stated in the contract. Crew arrived at the appointed time and went right to work. As far as plant selection went, Sam listened and was responsive to my requests. Work took 1 1/2 days. At the end of each day, the crew cleaned up. The yard looked really nice when they were done. They followed up 2 weeks later and suggested I put more water on the plants (several were dropping leaves). I was pleased with how the work was done and with the finished product. I would use them again.

We have 5 acres which includes a small pond. We requested that Greenscape weed-eat around the lake, clear brush and small trees around the dam of the lake, take down a big pine tree. They did as we requested. The cost was reasonable. We will use them again. I would recommend them.

They did good work, they came out, told me how much it was going to cost. They did a good job. They do all kinds of stuff; they do landscaping and irrigation. They are a big company; they do a lot of stuff. I was little disappointed, the guy that came out and gave me estimate never gave the estimate to the people in the office. It took a couple days for the bid to get back in the hands of the right person. So they could get back to me to set up a time for the crew to come out and do the work. Overall, they came, the resolved; they marked the property and told me what the problems were, they showed me what the problems were, they showed me what had to be done and they came out and did it. That was the only issue I had with the whole experience was that time delay. I'm retired, if someone had issues with time, the might be a problem. They were right on time. They were very responsive. They cleaned up real well once the finished the job. They could work on that lag time in getting the quotes back to the office.

I had left a poor review for this company a couple of months ago. I had set appointments multiple times for someone to come out, but no one ever showed up. I kept getting the run-around. So I gave up. However, the company saw my review and contacted me. Apparently they had had an internal company issue that was now remedied. They asked if I still wanted an estimate. I said yes. Sam was prompt to the appointment and had good ideas. This company does much bigger jobs than what I wanted to do in my little yard, and I had made it clear to them that I didn't want to spend much money and would understand if my job was too small. But they seemed eager to rectify the treatment I had gotten several months before. Most of my plants had died during the freeze, and I had taken most of them out. I pretty much had an empty yard covered in pine needles. I don't have time to weed anymore, and since I kill most plants, I wanted some type of affordable hardscape. Sam suggested covering the yard with bullrock, scattering a few plants in the bullrock, and outlining some of the trees with mulch. I had about 6 of the 12"x12" plain cement squares (the standard cheap stuff) near my house that I had a chair sitting on. I asked Sam if he could just add a few more and make the chair area bigger. They came back with a very good price and I agreed to the work. About one or two days later, they called and said one of their jobs was delayed, so they started on my yard that afternoon. When I came home I was blown away! 90% of the yard was done and it was amazing! They didn't add more of the plain cement squares for my chair, they changed out what I had for super nice pavers and even cut the pavers to fit around the gas meter pipe and extend the little sitting area. I was so surprised and pleased! They finished the next morning and I am so incredibly happy with this yard. No more weeding! It is an awesome job by what turned out to be an awesome company! I really can't thank them enough and I really do love what they did! It was what I wanted, what worked for me, and was in my budget. I highly recommend them and I would definitely use them again - without hesitation.
