I signed a contract with this company a month ago. I was told that it would take a day or two to get the permit, then they would begin the project with one day for plumbing and one day for electrical. I paid them $4000 down payment and they have basically put me on ignore. When I could get the sales person to answer my texts, I was told that they were waiting on the permit. Today, I called the permitting office and they told me that there was never any permit at all. Even with confronted with her lies, Jana Sherman doubles down and ghosts me. I now have to file a complaint with the attorney general's office to try and recover my money. This may have been a decent company at one time, but not any more. BEWARE THESE PEOPLE WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND RUN!!!

They professionally installed my home generator, explained everything to me, and have excellently provided scheduled maintenance. I have been extremely pleased with everyone in the company whom I have dealt with

They orginally installed our generator 4 years ago. We have paid them for maintenance for the past for years. As long is there is no emergency they are ok. But if you need them in an emergency good luck you are on you own, you may want to consider others to be there when you need them.

Still awaiting installation. First contacted supplier in April. Salesman over promised and under delivered. Poor communications. When we asked questions about the status we got misleading "cut and paste" answers. When someone called they were aggressive and full of excuses. Not conciliatory or helpful at all. Had to go to City ourselves to get permit issued. Still waiting.......more excuses.....

The worst company I have dealt with. Failed to fix before or after Beryl till cp already on despite life threatening situation/warranty -maintenance/repair contract.

This is one of the worst service companies out there. I purchased a 38kw generac generator, including a 3 year service plan. When I needed them to actually service my generator, I couldn't even get someone to give me a call back. I contacted the sales guy and all he could say was that it wasn't his department. This has been my worse customer service experience for such a big ticket item.

I usually don’t have time to leave a review because I have 5 children with 4 of them being under 5 years old and one being autistic; but since Grasten Technologies decided it was okay to take advantage of me, I have decided to make the time to review. First of all, I’d like to say that the communication was non-existent as soon as I paid my deposit (text are between me and sales rep in pic). Their contract states 4-6 week to begin installation, I haven’t even heard from anyone on the 6th week to even let me know what’s going on. I wish that I would have been able to cancel and go my separate ways. Secondly, just about every time their contractors came out, they broke something. They destroyed my yard (I spent $1500 recently for new grass), one of the reps that came out he warped my door that opens (fence is about 2 months old), he apparently just kept pushing on it since there is a specific way to open it. Lastly, the electrician was dishonest, there was a outlet where they put the transfer switch that was going to be removed but it was covered up; I found out after the outlet tripped since it is on a GFCI circuit, I have two other outlets on the outside of the house that currently have no power (see contract where it says they are supposed to remove outlet). The electrician that came out and said he removed the outlet but he wasn’t even the original electrician that did the install. If Grasten responds that they complete the task of removing outlet, please provide pics since y’all take pic of everything anyways so you can process your loans with subpar work. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY as they are dishonest and don’t stand behind their product.

I had problem with Grasten. I did get a call from the owner of Grasten and got the problem resolved. Means a lot when the owner calls you.

I used Grasten to purchase and install a whole house generator and have had it for 6 months. The entire process went well and today they came out for the 6 month maintenance check. Through out all of this the company and technicians have been easily accessible and communicative and I have had no problems. I researched them before hand and it looks like I made a good choice. Can't speak for those that have left bad reviews but my experience has been great so far. The two technicians that came out today were friendly, knowledgeable and answered all my questions.

The company seems to ignore my requests. It was going so well since Dec 2019, but now the service is not the same. I am disappointed.

Installed generator. All of the guys that came out to my house were awesome, everyone of them gave me their cell phone number and said if I need anything Do not be afraid the call. The office on the other hand, Doesn’t communicate well and seems to be unaware of the next step needed. This is a great company and did a good job. Would Refer them to friends and family.

Took several trips to detect real problem of intermittent shorting. Once found, was able to replace wire and some components to operate again. Some warranty work was also performed.

I have used Grasten Power Technologies for the past three year for their twice a year maintenance on our generator. They are always very prompt and professional. Will use them again.

In the end all is good. However, they did have coordination issues with their subs (electrical). As such there were several times where they did not have what they needed or did not come when they said they would. In addition the first generator they delivered was the wrong one! However, in the end they were professional and completed the job. I believe their intentions were always honorable

Installation was professional and quality was good. Only issue was scheduling - did not arrive when they said they would. Communication should have been better.

They handled all permitting and communication with power and cable companies to mark lines before branching. They were careful and performed well.

They were awesome. Very knowledgeable and understanding. The generator was a newer model and didn't come with a feature that the older units came with and I wanted. They made it right, no problems. Very professional throughout the whole process. Kudos to the Sales, Electrician, Plumbers, and the Tech for the initial startup and briefing.
