The technician, Graig, arrived about 20 minutes ahead of the scheduled time, was very professional, provided all the multi check services on the furnace & A/C. He was totally honest about our unit and told us that we should wait to clean the coils until the spring. We were extremely pleased with the company and the service they provided and recommend them highly. We will be calling them for our spring check up and to clean the coils as suggested.
