Kay Singleton is one of the owners. Shirley answers the phone and she is delightful. Technicians came out and they were very knowledgeable and they knew what they were doing. In comparison to another company I went to the price was outstanding! Very nice experience.

Well come to find out when you order from a sample the design on the glass looks white. When they install the bigger glass shower doors, the design looks green instead of white. So now I am stuck with green shower doors, because no one told me what would happen at Glass World. I feel like I was mislead my the samples. I called the office to check if there was a mistake and no one called me back. The person who installed the shower doors even told me he had never seen this happen. So the owners could care less. You would think they would come and look at it for themselves. I guess to them I am just a small fish in a big ocean.

The rep brought all of the necessary equipment/blanket material, etc. to perform the job. It took less than 20 minutes and it was perfect! He cleaned up all of the glass, materials, etc., you never knew he was there. The mirror was hung, squared, perfectly done. The rep was polite, efficient, and knowledgeable about what was to be done and how to do it.
I have used Glass World before and have always been pleased with their responsiveness and quality of the work.

Everything went very well except for the paint on the door being scraped. Now the door paint needs touching up. Overall I was very happy with the company and will definitely call them again if I need glass or mirror work performed in my home.
