NO FOLLOW-UP WAS DONE. I REQUESTED THEY COME UP AND INSPECT THE DOOR INSTALLATION. NO ONE HAS EVER COME OUT AND WE'RE STILL HAVING PROBLEMS WITH THE SEALS.
