Terrible. They created an invoice for twice the amount of work they did and then filed a lien against my property. They performed about $10,000 worth of work (which they were paid) but are demanding $35,000! THIRTY FIVE THOUSAND, for DEMO! I've just reported them to every disaster fraud agency I could find. They have presented no invoices, no breakdown or itemization. They assured me they would work with the insurance the whole time. Going off my gut feeling, I finally fired them and then was presented with a fraud lien when they never even sent me an invoice to begin with. The people I dealt with were Tracy Turner (owner), Bobby Beason, Mike Edel, and Scott Turner.
