+ -1 moreMy wife and I were in Conroe and visited the Best Buy Store looking for a replacement for our family room TV which was 7 years old and failing. We found a suitable model at a favorable price and bought one. Unfortunately, their after sales service is far from what is promised. We were told we had a 30 day exchange privilege. The TV developed several faults, but Best Buy claims the exchange period is only 15 days. Best Buy would not send a technician unless we agreed to pay the service fee. They referred all complaints to Sharp, no matter what we were told prior to sales.
