Great, very professional, and friendly

Needed transfer switch installed on back of garage and modifications to breaker box. G4 got it all done in less than two hours. I had to leave, so we didn’t test the installation (my bad, but i knew the generator worked). When the power went out after H Laura, I trundled the generator out, hooked it up and nothing happened. Called G4 and they came out and spent a couple hours testing the cabling, the wiring and the breaker box and found nothing amiss. Todd went back to talk to the master electrician and came back a few days later to test some ideas; they didn’t work either. I called Westinghouse, the generator manufacturer, and described the problem. They knew immediately what it was: I had to move a wire from here to there in the alternator to create a floating ground. G4 came out again, verified that i made the change correctly and we hooked it up. Worked perfectly! Props to G4 for staying with a problem that wasn’t really their fault!

My breaker box caught fire. The scenario turned difficult because the utility company triggered the city so there were not only major repairs to be performed but the work had to be permitted and within municipality guidelines. G4 was knowledgeable, professional and Increased my electrical From what I had. I am now safe and don’t have to ever worry about that mysterious monstrosity of wires over there and constantly flipping breakers in flip flops and gloves. G4 came highly recommended to me from a respected Commercial contractor/family friend. Once engaged they never stopped until I was up and running. It was a big dangerous job that involved permitting and inspections G4 was a step ahead. My head was spinning and they handled it quickly without my coordination. I was up and running in 24 hours.
