 + -1 moreMade a bid in a competitive bidding process with a tight deadline for completion, promised completion on two weekends in a row, didn't do it either time, and then, knowing we were in a rush and in a bind, told us they would need to raise their price to do the job and submitted a new bid. We declined to work with them.
