They installed something that shouldn't be installed, they did something wrong.  The guy came.  He didn't know what the problem was.  He came back with a part that didn't work.  He came back with another part and said it's all fine and apparently it wasn't fine.  So he knew there was a problem and he didn't get it figured out and he told us it was fine when it wasn't fine.  The price was reasonable.  I think he knew he had monkey wrenched something, I think he knew he wasn't doing it right

It's been almost EIGHT YEARS - and I'm just now having my SECOND Tune-up done, after installation by Keith.
at the time, it was top of the line - 16 SEER - (when 13Seer was minimum) with an isonene insulation barrier in the walls, rafters, and headers. NOT BLOWN Insulation. This throws off the calculations, fresh air intakes, venting, recirculations...
Keith handled it all.
the system SIZE (Tonnage) was much smaller than conventional -
the Price was much Higher than conventional -
but Overall - I'm EXTREMELY HAPPY with his service, and installation.
the PRICE has made up for it - due to LOWER ELECTRIC BILLS ! ! and lt;-- YouGet what you pay for, and I paid for efficiency and GOT IT!

Outstanding. My previous experience dealing with an in-warranty system in a new home with the AC installer was an indication of how NOT to be treated and how easy it is to be ripped off. Service/freon/new compressor - every year???? Don't be a fool and wait like I did. Call Keith now.

Because of the foam you seal you're attic and if you don't have a high efficiency heater either you have to draw an outside air. They have a little interruption that they put together and when your heater takes on it draws air in from the outside. Because of the foam insulation in the attic, the attic gets sealed and it's just a blower that blows the outside air in to your heater intake. They came out a day before to punch the hole on the roof and then they came out a day after to actually put the device up to your air conditioning. As far as I know they are the only ones who do this because I called a couple of other AC guys and they didn't know it. He was referred by another provider because only these people had this kind of device. It's something you have to do if you do some insulation. If you are getting it ordered in five or seven years you probably won't have a high efficiency heater. The new ones are actually already drawn from the outside. They were here on time right when they say they would. It happened onetime when the part wasn't in and they called and kind of rescheduled. They were very prompt, professional and let you know what's going on.
