Creative Landscape By Wakefield

Took our money and never finished the job. They are crooks. Do not use. We paid $5,000 for a down payment on a flagpole that we never got.

They installed the patio but they did not put the sand in to level out the patio. They did not power wash it or seal it. I now have a discolored and uneven patio with ants and bugs coming through. I have called them numerous times and they will not answer my calls. I would warn anyone from hiring this company.

They never sealed it and put finishing on it. I've been trying to get them to come back out for more than a year, but they ignore me. I just need them to do what is right and finish the job. The deck has sustained damages because it's not sealed.

Appointment was set for 10 AM and Creative Landscapes by Wakefield was on time...actually showed up 10 minutes early and asked if the early arrival was okay.  (This is the 3rd landscape company I've met, and they are the only ones who were not fashionably late.)

I walked the provider through my ideas that included: 1) bull rock around the perimeter of the house, 2) adding a tree to the front yard and coming up with unique plants different from everyone else, 3) transplanting existing plants elsewhere, 4) creating a walk way along the side of the house, and 5) addressing our sloped yard next to the neighbors fence line and around the house.

The provider came up with ideas and materials that would address all the concerns I had.  He asked for a copy of our property survey and said he would contact me when his design was complete.  I asked the provider if it was possible for his presentation to be done later in the evenings or on a Saturday so my husband could be present; and he said it was no problem. 

The provider has been in the landscape business for over 40 years. He was easy to talk to and listened to my ideas.
