Color Interiors

Horrific, the concrete dust and dirt from carpet removal went through the entire house. We had to deep clean the entire house including beams of cathedral ceilings and got sick from the dust. When they laid the tiles (wood plank type) they did not mix the repeating designs as they were supposed to. Result, a horrible looking floor with lots of repeats next to each other. Company inspected it and agreed that it is defective, but they refused to fix it and instead demanded full pay. With attorney and law suit we got our money back and had another company replace all the floors.

Our floors were damaged by the hurricane. The company that did the original repairs, did a horrible job and we had Color Interiors correct the problems. They reinstalled all new flooring. It went really well.

They did a good job and came when they were suppose to. ?We were worried about spilling on the flooring. ?We have had a bit of scratching on the floors.

Requested a quote to install floor tile and pebble tile. Color interiors won't install tile unless the materials are purchased from them. They won't do the install or recommend an installer. I won't recommend them.

everything went well,it did take longer than the estimate on time because the old flooring was such a

pain to remove.I could not be happier with the install crew,chris applegate and his brother.they were on time every day and did a great job.Kris from Color Interiors,checked with me often to make sure there were no problems

Great! I went to Color Interiors and Phillip Alexander, the salesman,  did a great job of finding the laminate we had install in another room 7 years ago from a different retailer. He called the manufacturer to see if it was in stock, then came to measure, and order it immediately. Installation was the exact day I wanted it. The crew came early got right to work and finished that day, I had purchased the quarter round and painted it but the crew installed it for me. It was perfect in the corners and the seams, - no gaps! I had gotten 2 other estimates for this job and Color Interiors were by far the best price. Almost $800 less than another floor store! They also didn't nickel and dime you for every little thing. They installed the quarter round for free. Another store wanted to charge 16 cents a foot  to install it. We will do the entire upstairs within the next year in new floor covering and for sure Color Interiors will be the ones to go to.

I had them put in new Karndean flooring but it keeps pulling away from the slab. Installer keeps saying it is the fault of the slab but my issue is why did they install it in the first place if it was not an appropriate application for my house.

We absolutely loved our experience with Color Interiors.  We worked with Travis Anderson who was friendly, knowledgeable and very responsive.  We were putting our home on the market and desperately needed new flooring prior to listing.  After getting other quotes from reputable flooring providers, Travis was able to get us an amazing price on over 1600 sqft of carpet including padding and installation. In contrast to other flooring providers, Color Interiors included all materials in labor (specifically, moving furniture) in their quote.  We chose from their in-stock carpet that automatically comes with a higher quality pad than other flooring providers we had worked with.  Overall, we were extremely happy with the sales process with Travis and the installation services from Color Interiors.  The installation team arrived as at our home on time and with the materials and tools needed to complete the job.  They completed the job in one day as promised.  We feel we received excellent value for the money and look forward to having Color Interiors come out to our new home.

We called Color Interiors and talked to the scheduler, when we didn't hear from the store or Carol.  After 2 calls, we received a call from the scheduler and set up April 2, 2015 and April 3, 2015 to do the tile job.  The installers came when they said they would and did a great job.  The installers were very courteous, respectful, and did a great job. 

After the installation of tile, we heard from no one at Color Interior or Carol.  We received a credit card and information from Synchrony Bank, who will finance the flooring.  We still have not received a bill for services.  Friday April 24, 2015, we received 2 letters, one to me and one to my husband, from Shaw flooring telling us they would not finance our transaction.  We would have to write their offices to find out why.  We called them right away and they said we would have to put everything in writing to them to get an answer.  We called Synchrony Bank and they verified that our credit was great and no problem.  It had to be with Shaw flooring.  We tried to get the owner of Color Interior and have not received an answer from him, email or phone call.  We finally got ahold of accounting and talked to Sanya.  She checked and found no problem with them and said the letter was sent in error.  We still have no answers to why the error or how they will bill for the flooring. 

The product is very good and the installers were great, but the store itself and it's people are very bad.  You can't get any one to return calls or give you information.  Will never use them again.

Overall, we were very pleased with our experience with Color Interiors in Conroe.  Luke was the sales guy helping us and he was very efficient and professional, something that my husband and I greatly appreciated.  Luke helped us look at a variety of wood options and provided very helpful advise.  He also patiently and promptly responded to a TON of questions that we asked him as we finalized our quotation (even responding on his days off).  In the end, we did not choose Color Interiors because we had a lower cost provider, but I am confident that they would have done a good job.  I have even recommended them to a friend so that they are at least a consideration.  I would definitely get a quotation for them if you are considering flooring work.  Their selection of flooring options is great, too!

Chris is a very professional and friendly guy, maybe a little excited, but passionate about his job.  He even recommended something that was less expensive, which made us believe he was an honest businessman, versus just being there for the money.  He was professional and prompt throughout the entire process.  His installers, were slightly late, but were incredibly efficient and got three bedrooms done within 3 hours. We had to take items (personal, fans, TV's, etc off the top of the furniture, but they broke down and removed all furniture from the rooms prior to installing the carpet.  As soon as they arrived, they asked us to visually certify that the carpet they had was what we ordered, twice.  I was very impressed with the professionalism and courtesy of all involved.  We love our new carpet and would HIGHLY recommend Chris and Color Interiors!

Install went well. They moved furniture. They cut pieces of carpet for me to put protect new carpet. Cleaned up.
