We called Color Interiors and talked to the scheduler, when we didn't hear from the store or Carol. After 2 calls, we received a call from the scheduler and set up April 2, 2015 and April 3, 2015 to do the tile job. The installers came when they said they would and did a great job. The installers were very courteous, respectful, and did a great job.
After the installation of tile, we heard from no one at Color Interior or Carol. We received a credit card and information from Synchrony Bank, who will finance the flooring. We still have not received a bill for services. Friday April 24, 2015, we received 2 letters, one to me and one to my husband, from Shaw flooring telling us they would not finance our transaction. We would have to write their offices to find out why. We called them right away and they said we would have to put everything in writing to them to get an answer. We called Synchrony Bank and they verified that our credit was great and no problem. It had to be with Shaw flooring. We tried to get the owner of Color Interior and have not received an answer from him, email or phone call. We finally got ahold of accounting and talked to Sanya. She checked and found no problem with them and said the letter was sent in error. We still have no answers to why the error or how they will bill for the flooring.
The product is very good and the installers were great, but the store itself and it's people are very bad. You can't get any one to return calls or give you information. Will never use them again.
