Initially I was pleased with Mikes efforts and quality of work. However, when the system began having issues he could not find time to make it out to correct them. The issue was that he had other new customers and he was losing money; on making trips back out. I fired his company. The settings for the smart phone interface dropped out. I advised him...no response. This was within 90 days of installation. I called Hikvision support. The NVR he sold me was aftermarket product and not covered for support or warranty by Hikvision. Now, less than 6 months later the same NVR is not recording on two channels. I had another company correct the programming issues by them connecting to my PC remotely and fixed the issue at no charge. It took 20 minutes. I have not advised Mike of the NVR issue as I do not expect him to honor the warranty. Ill just buy another one from someone else. Having a lot of customers is a good thing. Not being able to service them after the sale is a business killer. Final note: To ensure your camera placement is to your liking, they should carry a test monitor connected at the camera location or at least, allow you to accept the view you are wanting. CCTV cameras are tricky because the lens that is on the camera may not give you the desired recording. Dont allow a camera to be attached anywhere until you see the field of view. The view at night is extremely important and you wont know that until well after the install. The question to be asked: what if I am not happy with the night image? Answer: too bad...no refunds...no exchanges. Just be informed about any vendors practices before investing thousands of dollars.

I called and asked him about an error message my existing camera system was giving me..Mike had no problem resolving my issue over the phone. He is very courteous and I appreciated him taking the time to explain to me how I could "fix" it!

Mike was very busy this time of year. He had 2 large projects going but he managed to find time to install a security camera for me. He was very knowledgeable about the different types of home security cameras and answered all my questions.

Mike was on time, did the install in a timely manner, took time to explain all the features of the system & did an outstanding job of cleaning up before leaving. Really what more can you ask for?

This was by far the best and most professional install we have ever had with any type of business. Mike spent the time with us explaining every option in layman terms and even suggested cheaper alternatives that we could source outside of what he carries to save money. His install of the cameras was excellent and he even ran an extra cat 5 line from two separate rooms free of charge. Mike spent the time explaining how to use our camera system and didn't leave until he knew we were satisfied with everything he had done.

Mike was very professional and did a great job of installing our surveillance cameras - he was quick and had a great eye for where to place. Truly, he installed all cameras - came in to demonstrate (and help instruct us on using the system) and all cameras were perfectly placed. He came back today to install another camera. We are very happy and would recommend him to anyone!

Mike did an excellent job for us. He had to tackle an extremely difficult wiring system, and carefully and patiently worked through it until everything was working perfectly. He went above and beyond, staying late until the job was completed to his and our satisfaction. We would recommend him to anyone.

Mike did an excellent job in reviewing the work to be done and came up with some better ideas that I employed. His work was all done in a workmanship like manner and completed to my satisfaction. I would recommend him for any job that requires knowledge of security systems and how to set them up and complete them in a workmanship like manner.

Mike was very professional. He drove down, checked out the facility and provided an estimate. No pressure. Although it took more than one visit, he completed the work to my expectation.
