Made an appointment three days in advance to lock in my service time for a non-emergency plumbing job...took off work to be here...and they didn't show up during the allotted "window" of time. Very disappointed with their approach to business.

On Nov. 3 a renter got ready to take a shower and pulled up on the shower diverter. Water gushed out and onto the wall behind the tub and the floor in the bedroom. The insulation was soaked. We turned off the water and called the plumber. Someone arrived a couple of hours later and made temporary repairs. Devon from Clayton Lee Plumbing advised us then that they would not pay for any damage. We called the owner, Jason Tuma, on Nov. 4, 8, and 10. Every time we were told that he was not in, that he makes his own hours, and that we could leave a voicemail, which we did. He has not returned our calls to date. In 2015 we spent $5888 with this company. We have received bills for this recent work totaling $7262, and we have paid $2906.96 of that total. Our insurance company has taken our claim and will be contacting Clayton Lee Plumbing for reimbursement. On Clayton Lee Plumbing's invoices they state that they are fully licensed and insured. DO NOT HIRE!

Both jobs were done well and in good time.  The plumber explained to me that he could do the job in two hours or less when we got the estimate.  He came in under that time, as you can tell by the cost of this service.  I would highly recommend this company and the quality of service, and the fair price that we paid!

While doing laundry, suddenly I heard water and realized that my kitchen sinks were full and water was pouring out from behind my washing machine in the laundry room, flooding the room.  I called Clayton Lee Plumbing and they gave me a same-day window of 12-2pm.  They called shortly after 2pm to apologize that they were running late, but now on the way.  When the plumber arrived, he was courteous but got right to work snaking the drain from outside the house.  He finished within an hour and my kitchen and laundry room drained correctly now.  I still gave an A for punctuality since the dispatcher was friendly, quickly let me know, and apologized.  Additionally, the plumber wasn't very late.  I gave a B on quality only because it was difficult for me to get the top back on the clean-out after the plumber didn't put it back on correctly.  I would have liked to give an A+ for value but that wasn't an option.  Overall, still an A because of their friendliness and value.

They (2 guys) showed up on time. Called ahead to let me know they were coming. Called for them at 8 am, they responded by 2 pm. Nice, personable, and knowledgeable. Spent 2 hrs to figure out, fix the problem. No repairs, or replacement were needed. Problem was how the tanks were configured. And I probably would never have figured it out on my own.

As always, we are pleased with Steve's work. He always does a good job.
He has done other work in our home such as replacing kitchen and bathroom faucets and a garbage disposal unit.
We are very pleased with all the work Steve has done in our home.

They did a good job. I had them come out on 2 different occasions quite some time apart. The first time they came out was 8 months before I had the work done, and they made the best assessment at the time. At that time, they figured to do the service, they would have to rip out the concrete of the driveway basically. Because the problem at the time was very minor, I opted to do nothing. Which was something that most of them had said. The plumbing condition got worse over the ensuing 8 months, and I just decided that I had to do something. I had them come out again, and this time, it was super good, because they said they could do it without ripping out my driveway, by doing it underneath it and putting a pipe through an open area that I had. They said they would twist, push and shove it through the dirt, and under the concrete and coming to the house. They would only have to take out a square foot of cement by the house. That was much better than tearing the driveway. It was interesting was a different technician come out, it was like $5000 less than the first time the same company came out. I was glad that I waited 8 months to do it, and they did a great job. It got done at a good price.

I called the company the day before (4/3/2014) and set up an appointment for 8:00a.m. the following day. The Plumber was at my door at 8 a.m. I explained the problem to him of the current faucet not working . He inspected an advised the best and most cost effective was to replace it.

This faucet since it was outdoor use is enclosed into a PVC pipe for protection and was secured by screws on each side of the faucet. Naturally they were rusted solid .

I left and quot;Buddyand quot; to his work and from the house heard a lot of grinding etc. I believed the screws holding the faucet in place were more of problem than I originally thought. I went out a short while later and he had replaced the faucet.

The plumber was, professional. punctual, expedient and the area he worked in was clean (like he had not been there).

The cost was a s competitive of any estimates I had gotten and in most cases lower.

I highly recommend this company in addition as it is has an office in Conroe, Tx. as well as Houston.

Great job..

replaced leaking hose bib. had to go to supply house for pipe, which turned out to be longer than previous pipe and so sticks out more from house. Because it is behind plant, not a big deal but would have been if it had been more exposed. he worked quickly and was professional.

I had this company install my hot water heater in 2010. The pilot light recently blew out and they came out to fix.

Called for quote and was promptly given the details of the price and parts/service.

Called to schedule the installation and was given a window of time for the installation.

Received a phone call when the plumber was on the way and he arrived punctually.

The installation took less than an hour and the new disposal works fine.

Their service was good. They meet their schedules. The prices are good. They used bulk generic material, and I think that's great! I am an engineer, and I know the quality is good. In terms of liscenced plumbers, they are perfect!

Got an estimate of about $3,300. They said they would be there Tuesday morning, and arrived at the house around 8:30 a.m. They said they might have to take out the toilet or vanity in order to remove the bathtub. They ended up not having to do so. Two plumbers removed the old water heater and installed the new one, bring old fixtures up to code. They then removed the old bathtub. They had to jackhammer the floor to get to the drain trap, which was leaking. They replaced it. They then brought the new bathtub in. By that time, it was around 4:30 p.m. They left, carting off the debris and old water heater and tub. They arrived the next day and finished the job. The plumbers were professional and as far as I can tell, did the job well. One of them actually returned to the house a few days after the job to make a slight adjustment to the tub faucets. I did not ask him to do this -- he just called and said he realized an adjustment would have to be made and did it for free. It took two hours.

They were terrific, they were quick to respond, the serviceman was professional and efficient with his time. The quality of work was excellent. The only thing is that I did not realize that the clock started when they began their trip to our house and the bill included the serviceman’s travel time. I would use them again in the future.

The leak has been repaired, so that was good. But the repair person went out TWICE to get an o-ring to fix the leak. He diagnosed the problem correctly, went out to get a correctly sized o-ring, thought he had it fixed, until I pointed out that the hose was still wet. Went out again to get another o-ring, installed it and it was fixed. But it took two hours to replace an o-ring, which seemed like it should be a 30-minute repair.

He was punctual, and spent seven hours to get the job done. I thought the price was a little too high for seven hours of work. If you divide the cost by the hours worked, it was still a bit high. He did work very hard and had to remove some plumbing.

Joel and Steve were the guys who came out and did the work. I had previously been told by another contractor the whole line needed to be replaced which would have been very costly. That is what I had called him out to estimate. I was pleasantly surprised at his honesty in telling me it would have been a waste of money to do the whole thing and did a great job with the repair. They literally saved me nearly 3000 dollars.

IT SEEMED AT FIRST THAT THE PLUMBER HAD DONE A GOOD JOB. BUT ON 2/24/2005, WHEN LEAKAGE CONTINUED FOR MORE THAN A DAY OR SO, WE CALLED THE COMPANY AGAIN IN THE MORNING. THEY SAID THEY WOULD SEND SOMEONE BEFORE LUNCH. NO ONE CAME, NOR WAS THERE ANY CALL BACK. AFTER WAITING TILL LATE AFTERNOON, WE CALLED AGAIN, THEY SAID THEY WOULD SEND SOMEONE SOON. NO ONE CAME. WE CALLED THEM AGAIN IN THE EVENING AND REQUESTED FOR SOMEONE TO COME THE NEXT MORNING ON 2/25/2005. THEY SAID THEY WOULD CERTAINLY SEND SOMEONE IN THE MORNING. AGAIN, NO ONE CAME AND NO ONE EVEN HAD THE COURTESY TO REPLY (THERE IS 30-DAY WARRANTY). WE WAITED TILL LATE IN THE MORNING, AND ARE STILL WAITING. LEAKAGE CONTINUES. WE WILL REPORT THIS COMPANY TO HOUSTON BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AND WILL HAVE TO GO TO SOME OTHER PLUMBING COMPANY. OVERALL, THEY KEPT US WAITING AND DIDN'T RETURN CALLS OR FOLLOW-UP ON THEIR WORK. BESIDES THE $188 MONEY LOSS, THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE HAS BEEN VERY FRUSTRATING.
