The repairman arrived on schedule and expeditiously found and repaired two leaking coolant lines, and recharged the systems with coolant.
This is an excellent HVAC service and installation company, which I have used many times over the last 10 years. They are always on time and professional in their work, though there have been a couple of times I have had them come back to re-do a minor aspect of some repair work, such as when a repaired heater safety shut-off switch came loose several days later, shutting down our heater until the switch could be repaired again.
I have been very happy with them overall primarily because they are unquestionbly honest!
The only nit I would pick with them is that it can be hit-or-miss getting a response back from them when you call for service. Several times I have had to call more than twice to finally get service scheduled.

They came out to the house and examined my four central a/c units. They cleaned them all and checked them all and let me know what was needed to get these four units in top running condition. Two units had not worked for a year and the other two had begun to lose cooling. They gave me a bid to fix all and I accepted. Parts had to be ordered and three days passed before I was called to say they had the parts and scheduled the appointment for two additional days. Work was accomplished in about 6 hours and all units now run like new it seems even though they are all four 15 years old. I am very happy with their professional service and low price and although I hope not to need their service for at least another two years, I have them on speed dial just in case.

I feel that each time service is perfomed that they do their best to keep costs down and results high. I will continue to use thier services.
