Unfortunately, there was no change to the status of the stain in the granite when he was finished. He then indicated that he would not be able to remove the stain as it was deeper than he thought.  I was extremely disappointed because I expected a person that does this type of work all the time would be able to determine before starting whether or not a stain of that type could be removed. He virtually guaranteed that he could remove it before he started the work. He charged for work that did not provide the desired result.
