The guy showed up on time and did a great job.

I've used this company for several years. If I didn't like them, I wouldn't keep having them come back.

Maria is so easy to deal with, so professional, flexible, and willing to work with my schedule.  When they came to clean they were on time, did a FABULOUS job, and left my house sparkling.  This service is absolutely the best I have ever used, and I would recommend them to anyone.  This is the second house I've had where I used this service.  Both were excellent experiences.

Maria the manager very nice and called back promptly, however there were repeated breakage/damage to coffee maker, crystal pleat window blind, fan pull, entry way curio cabinet, coffee table. Did not clean hard wood floors as agree dead to. Last straw was said the ladies could not help but knock up against curio cabinet with vaccim cleaner and the the wood cabinet would always get damaged.

They bid the job very reasonably but, overall did a fair to poor job.  
Interior windows, a covered service, were simply swiped with a cloth that left broad hazy streaks.  I will have to have the windows re-cleaned.  
Several cabinets and counter surfaces were not clean at all.  Overall, this was not complete or detailed and not the clean that is required when you want to show your home well during the sales process.  I do not recommend.
For a much more detailed and thorough clean, I found Claudia's Cleaning Service and they did a very good job.

Maria's ladies do an excellent cleaning job. I most appreciate that they are dependable i never come home to a dirty house.

I think they do a good job on smaller homes, but they seemed to be overwhelmed with the size of our new house. They had a hard time with the tile floors and  were not as thorough as they were in our old home.

They are in and out and do a good job.

My phone call was returned within a couple of hours and a time for a quote was arranged when I requested it. The fee was easily negotiated and we scheduled our first clean for the following week. Very pleased with service.

One cleaner (new since 4Q12) claimed she was allergic to cats, but she never sneezed (I have 49 allergies), coughed, or weezed.  The same cleaner handled my nick-nacks recklessly and was not careful. When I would check on each floor as to the progress, etc., this same cleaner would give me nasty glares.  I don't need this unnecessary additional stress in my busy working life.

Searched on Angieslist for reviews, comments, and found Cactus Cleaning Services.  Called and scheduled an appointment for an estimate and run down of the services to be provided.  Estimator/schedule coordinator, Maribel came by on a Saturday when it was convenient for us.  She was an hour and half late for the initial appointment - however read on. 

We were prepared this time for the walkthrough with our list of desired services and frequency based on past our cleaning service experiences.  Maribel took the time to walk through the house with us explaining the services that Cactus provides.  She explained in much greater detail than any past service providers have done.  After walking the house with us to she reviewed the initial cleaning duration to be about 4 hrs and to be done on M, Tu, W as those are the slower days.  Maribel advised of the products that we would need to purchase for each of the areas.  She advised that she would purchase some speciality products we agreed on for wood floors and provide the receipt for us to reimburse her for at cost.  The initial cleaning would take longer to allow the crew to get a good deep clean to start which would make the following visits easier and the extra time is to allow the crew to get familiar with the house.  Follow-up visits don't cost as much as the first visit and prices are very competitive.  Maribel demonstrated Cactus' commitment to making sure the services are performed to our satisfaction by stating that if we ever have an issue with what was done (incomplete, missed, etc.) to call her and she will send the crew back out to correct the issue.  This sets them apart from other services as you are not offending the person directly that did the work by dealing with a scheduler who interfaces with the crew.  Allows you to be open and honest about the work without feeling awkward in giving feedback on services.

We had the first deep clean and have to say - impressive work, smelled great, floors shined and were smooth and clean.  Bathrooms looked great and sparkled.  The crew did an excellent job with the first visit.  Our home is about 3100sq ft, 3.5 bathrooms, 4 bedrooms, living, dining, kitchen, foyer/hallway, and family room.  All looked excellent.  I look forward to return bi-weekly visits by Cactus Cleaning. 

They handle home access in any way you wish (physical key ahnded over, garage opener code, lock box) - we chose a supra lock box with a key inside after entering the code.  The crews are not allowed to enter the home after they leave the premises to pick up a lost or forgotten item - the homeowner/client must be contacted first and permission granted.

I am single and live alone and my bedroom is on the first floor so I only needed the 1st floor done.  I told them this.  I left a blank check there and a key for them.  They decided to clean my whole house and chage me $120.  When we talked I said $80 for the downstairs.  So, there was some communication issues.  And I just left a blank check so shame on me. But, I'm a bachelor so obviously not the best housekeeper.  They did however fold all my clean clothes which I specifically asked for, but they even took a load of laundry in the washer and dried/folded it.  So, I think overall they were a good value

We went through two other unreliable cleaning services before we found Cactus in March 2011, and we have never been disappointed with them.  There have only been a few times I have been home while they perform the bi-weekly cleaning; the rest of the time they let themselves in and out.  They have been 100% trustworthy and reliable.  The first time they came, the moved all the living room furniture to sweep beneath, found all the missing doggie toys, and put them back in the doggie toybox for us!   They bring their own equipment and supplies but do use some of our own supplies also.  The team is usually 3-5 ladies and most do not speak English; however, the managers are bilingual and we've never had a communication issue.  We are on their schedule for the afternoon on our day, but occasionally they will come in the morning instead - most of the time they call to let me know of the change, but it's never an issue since I'm not at home anyway.  The price is extremely reasonable - $70 for a two-story, 2400 sf home with tile/wood throughout except bedrooms.  They clean everything including the wood blinds and windowsills and will change the bedsheets if you leave out a new set.  They have left the house spotless each time.  I highly recommend them.

I love these people. They just do a good job at a fair price. They're quick and thorough. I do the dishes before they arrive just to clear them out of their way, but they are not like other cleaning people who hand you, the customer, a list of things they don't do and then act put upon when you don't comply. Cactus Cleaners is just a team of great people doing a good job and I highly recommend them.

They were a four-woman crew. They brought all their equipments and left the place spotless after the initial housecleaning. I was staying here at the time but I hardly noticed that they were here. They came over three times, but not once did they come on time.

This was a deep clean of my 1500 sq ft, home for their first time for $100. They will be coming to my home every two weeks for $60 each time. They came with four ladies and worked very hard for 4 hours. They were pleasant, took instructions, did things my way. What a relief! They have been in business for 20 years.

My windows have never seemed to shine and sparkle the way they do when Cactus comes. I have to admit, I use them pretty often because I hate washing windows. Whenever I know that my mother in law is coming and I have to get the house done in a hurry; the first people I call are Cactus. I call them because I know that they will be here right away.
