When I bought my new house both toilets were filling extremely slowly. Bluewater plumbing came out within a day to fix the issue. While they were here I asked about getting an upgraded toilet for the master bathroom. They quoted me a price and were able to get the toilet installed the same day. I really appreciated their prompt service. Having toilets that don't work properly when you're just moving in was stressful.

Previous owner told me there was a gas outlet for a gas dryer. Surprise! No outlet. So, buy a new electric dryer or run gas to my one-year-old gas dryer? Brian came and looked at the job on a Friday. Quoted a price over the weekend. Did the job Wednesday even though I got called away. That's what I love about Brian, Gunner and company. Used them several times. They do what they say and I can leave them in the house without worry. My issue was a family medical emergency and I just left the front door open and Brian kept me up to date via text and a phone call and completed the job before I got back. Everything worked perfectly. He hooked up the dryer (washer too) and tested to be sure.

As we're selling our home, the buyers inspector noted that the toilet was not properly secured. In actuality, it just rocked a little. Regardless, I needed a professional repair to satisfy buyers. Gunner quoted me $125 over the phone and said he could be therein 30 minutes. Turned out he didn't need to reseat it and got it fixed and nicely caulked in about 20 minutes and only charged me $95. So, typical. I've used Bluewater (Brian and Gunner) off and on for years. On time. Done right. Reasonable price.

We had an external gas leak on and we called BlueWater Plumbing on a Saturday morning150. They called us back within 30 minutes and in the next hour they came to inspect the leak. Gunner, who was professional found the leak immediately and fixed it within 30 minutes. I was very satisfied with the quick response and service at a reasonable costs and on a weekend too. Very professional, called me before they came and told me how long it would take to get there. Did a really good job in a timely manner. My faucets outside are gorgeous.

Set up a date to install the new dishwasher.   Rion was a no show several days in a row due to a big job and I had to wait with no phone calls.  I had to call him to find out what was up and when he would be there.  Did this for three days. One of those days his phone was out and I emailed him through the website about it.  He wasn't aware of it.  He said he would be done with the big job definitely by Saturday - so I set up Monday.  Monday waited until afternoon. He gave me a price break for the wait.  There was a large gap between the dishwasher and counter and he was going to leave it that way until I mentioned it.  I have had him install a bath sink/counter a few years back and didn't have a problem then.  He is very nice and prices are reasonable.  Even recommended another plumber for the pipe break I encountered while waiting for my appointment.   Just needs to work on communication.

I got three bids and Blue Water was by far the best in several thousand dollars. They did a great job. I've used them again.

We haven't had any bad leaks or anything like that. He was prompt, personable, and did his work.

It is the morning before Thanksgiving and we have water leaking from the bottom of the garbage disposal. We call our regular plumber who is booked up for the next two weeks. Our neighbor recommends Blue Water Plumbing and the response is amazing. He said he can be here around 2:00 and shows up at 2:30. An hour later the job is done and the price is very reasonable. It just happens he did work in our house about 7 years ago while working for another plumber. Blue Water Plumbing is now our regular plumber!!!

He arrived on time and started working on the problem. He was very efficient and friendly. He got the job done in a timely manner. I appreciated that he had a specialized tool that other plumbers may not have access to which made the work go faster.

They were recommended to me by Appliance Rescue Service. They were excellent. They came out right away. They even cleaned up after themselves which surprised me.

He is my favorite plumber. He always does a fantastic job and he gives me a good price. He came and fixed something on a Sunday and the charge was very reasonable. He is honest and he gives you a fair price. He does the work and he doesn’t just add on charges. He is very in demand and he checks with you about how important the problem is so he can prioritize. I think that is considerate because he is going to do the same for you when you have an emergency. I always wait for him because I trust him.
