I liked that the person was an actual licensed provider. It's just not a contractor they're sending out for labor. You get the actual head of the company, and he was licensed and his prices are very fair. If he can fix something, he will, and not try to sell you something new.

Lance from Best Air in Conroe has completed three jobs for me as well as inspected HVAC systems on two homes my family had made offers on. Lance is one of the most thorough technicians I've ever met. He installed the HVAC system in my remodeled master bath as well as sealed up the leaking runs in my attic. Lance has answered several questions over the phone for me and told us what really needed to be replaced vs. just trying to make a dollar. Lance does the work himself and doesn't send a helper to do the job like so many do. I feel totally comfortable recommending Lance from Best Air to anyone who wants an honest HVAC man who knows his business.

The service has been superb. Promptness and value, I'm just delighted. You get the actual licensed technician as opposed to just a laborer to perform the work.
