Provider responded right away to my call on Friday Aug 15th, 2014 about the a.c. in my house not working. He performed a by-pass so that my a.c. worked even though it needed a replacement part. He found a replacement electronic component for my 20+ year old a.c. system and installed it on Monday morning, Aug 18th, 2014. This provider does whatever he can to fix the system you have instead of pushing you to get a new system. Provider has worked on my a.c. system once before in 2011 when he replaced a motor in the outdoor unit. I highly recommend this provider.

There was a problem with the motor so he just took it off, took it with him, fixed it, and then brought it back. I didn?t have anything to compare the price but my brother, who works in HVAC, told me the price was about right. I don?t understand why he needed to add Freon because he didn?t say there was a leak, but I guess it was necessary because he added three pounds. They did a good job and I haven?t had any problems with it.

The technician who came out was very nice and professional. The heater is working fine now. He did a good job and we were pleased with him. The responsiveness of the company was very good. They scheduled an appointment with us even though they were extremely busy. They got the work done without any problems.

Shawn responded to our call quickly; arrived on time the next day and performed his tasks professionally.

My request for service was scheduled within 3 days which was fine since it was just a checkup and nothing was malfunctioning.

This company is very respected in our community. We had them come highly recommended to us. They called ahead of time to make sure we were ready for them to come out. They were right on time. We felt they were very friendly and polite. They got right to work. They had every thing done very quickly. They tested the new unit to make sure it worked properly before they left. Everything has worked just fine.

We definitely shopped around. We had quite a few quotes. We chose this company because they had a really good name brand system for a very good price. We were pleased that they showed up when they said they were going to. They were right on time. They were very professional. They really knew how to treat their customers with respect. They installed our new system with no problems.

The work was done well as I can tell. I was only there for a short time during the duration of the installation. The workers were friendly and made sure to answer my questions. We paid 200,000 dollars for the house. The monies were divided from there to all of the appropriate sub-contractors.
