This unethical company tried to charge $1600 to change the control circuit board on my Generac generator. I looked up the cost and purchased the exact circuit board via a Generac parts supplier, GenTek online for $340. It took me 10 minutes to change it. Avoid these gougers, they are unethical and rip people off if you let them, don't let them.

Great - only problem was rectified on the date of installation. Installation was done on the day before the Hurricane (just happened to occur that way) and after installation the crew said that I had to wait for Gas Company to replace meter before it could be used. Owner had them return to my home and setup generator so that it could be used in event we lost power. I appreciated this.

Ark Generators are charlatans who engage in completely unethical business practices.  Additionally, they treat customers--especially women-- in an unbelievably rude and condescending manner.  Avoid at all costs.

They did an excellent job and they worked with me very well during my illness. They would work around my schedule which was very unpredictable but they were wonderful. They were very accommodating, they showed up on time and three weeks afterwards they followed up with me to make sure everything was okay. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
