I saw their trucks and I chose to use them. The experience was awful and it took them 15 hours to move a two bedroom flat from one small apartment to another just across the street. They did not wrap anything and they put my mattress on the floor of their truck and it was very dirty. I ended up getting rid of it and they did not seem to care. They broke the legs off of an antique piece of furniture and they did not care to make any repairs. They left my wardrobe in a box in an elevator and no one knew who it belonged to. It rode up and down the elevator for three days. The box had no markings and they never once said they were sorry or anything. They charge by the hour and the cost was expensive. The response was equally as bad as the move as they could have cared less after they cashed the check. I would never use them again. I would urge people to stay away from this company.

Professional Moving Service Piano
They brought an extra guy and then at the end wanted ME to pay an extra $150 to him. This was not in the original estimate and I said no. But I gave the original 4 guys a generous tip and told them since they brought him along they can pay him out of their tip. I think they did. I won't use them again. I felt it was completely unprofessional.
