Work was done quickly and efficiently.  Workers responsive to input and acted in a professional manner for the whole job.  I would use this provider again.

Chris Pruitt knocked on our door one Sunday afternoon and asked if we needed our trees trimmed. He and his brother had a crew with him. We asked him if he would remove some crepe myrtles, including the roots. He said yes. When asked how he would treat the roots, he said he would cut down and remove to about 12 inches, then apply some chemical to r***** future growth and allow us to plant some new plants and shrubs. His estimate was $1,000, but gave us a $30 discount if we paid cash, which we agreed to do. We were too trusting and probably naive, but we allowed him to do it. He and his brother and crew did not trim the trees very good -- but worse than that, he did not pull up the crepe myrtles correctly. In 3 weeks we began to see new growth from them. When we called his number, he said he had another job in League City the next day and would stop by and fix the problem. He never showed up. When I called again, he never picked up his phone. Then, he got his phone disconnected. He is a dishonest businessman, and I believe he is operating under another business name. So, be sure to check if the landscaping and tree service business you use is run by Chris Pruitt. We also learned that he charged the man across the street only $300 for the same service (the difference being was the neighbor negotiated with him, and we didn't.) Never use this young man's service, unless you want to overpay and not get satisfactory service! We did not appreciate his dishonesty and unwillingness to correct the problem; we also think he was too high, but we were unaware of the cost of tree service. We will know better next time. Also, after he did the neighbor's home across the street, his truck broke down, and the trailer with all the tree limbs sat in our neighborhood for over a week.
