We contacted him for services on two different occasions. The first time, he figured out the problem. He went to bat for us with the Home warranty company. He did really good work and was efficient. He was difficult to reach but we were pleased. The second time we called him to come out for an intermittent problem with the same AC unit. When we called, emailed and texted it took two days for him to respond. He came out to the house. He couldn't get the problem to duplicate itself. He told us the next time it happens text him immediately and he would come out and take a look. Well, two days later the problem appeared again. We called, texted several times and he never responded. We realize he is busy, however the lack of communication is unprofessional. He does great work when you can get a hold of him, but communication is an issue and for that reason I had to give the above rating.

I thought it was really good. Pretty good deal. He put one in for me last year. I’d say that’s good. He follows up. He’s busy because he’s cost effective. He can’t come at the drop of the hat, but he’s pretty good. He’s on time and done within 4 hours, so I’d say that’s pretty good.

I have had real good experience with Airtite Services. They're promptness really stood out, and they honor their warranty work.

He solved it in like 10 minutes. Area was clean.
