They've always been great. Their customer service is top notch. They're very responsive. They also don't try to wrangle every penny out of you. They've helped us over the phone and even stopped by one time and never charged us.

Mike and his team worked diligently to resolve the problem with our furnace Since the problem still remained after multiple attempts, they refunded us the entire fee I believe Aire Serv is a reputable, honest service provider and I would recommend this company to a friend

I was so surprised! Called them and Michael Knight, the owner, was at my house in about 30 minutes. He diagnosed the problem as the igniter and since he didn't have one in his truck, he had one sent over from his office. Within 4 hours or less, from my phone call to finished work and my heater working (YEA!) and I am a happy girl. I am going to utilize the program they have for a twice-a-year-check on my heating and cooling unit. I will definitely use them as my 'go-to' company when I have heating or cooling problems. It was a pleasure to have such a nice person work on my home to make it 'right'.

My downstairs A/C had stopped working and I had called out 2 other companies to come and give me a quote.I was not impressed with the quotes from the other 2 companies! Woodlands A/C came out and gave me the quote but also offered to see if they could get it up and running as it was a weekend and I had a house guest. They were successful. We knew we had to replace the A/C but needed some time to compair prices and make our decision. We decided to go with Woodlands as they had been so awesome to us. They arrived on time at 8h30am and were done by 3pm. Bryan was great and so was his team. They kept me informed of what they were doing, put down protectors for the floors and carpets. Everything is working well. Their quote was considerably cheaper than the other companies I highly recommend them and will keep using them. Thank you so much Phil and Bryan.

Provided information on exactly what had happened. Unfortunately cannot remember details but I have used them several times and am quite happy. Am purchasing a townhouse and considering purchase of a new system. Feel I have good information to make a decision.

They are very competitive and very thorough. They are very responsive there were there the same day, they were on time and I was satisfied. They came out to check my air conditioner but tomorrow they are coming out to replace another one for us. In my past experience with them I had called them to come and evaluate and air conditioner in another house and they went out of their way to assist and due to their efforts I didn't have to replace the air conditioning system. They did a great job.

We love this company. They are our ac/heating guys and have been doing our ac/heating work for more than 10 years. They do great work at fair prices. In our silver advantage plan, they came out New Year's eve day because our system didn't work when we came back from vacation. Mike didn't even charge for the call and told us a line was just clogged or pinched or something and the sevrice call was part of our silver advantage plan! Wonderfu,l thorough and honest!

They were very responsive to our first call and worked with us to schedule an appointment. After the work was done, we signed up for a service plan where they would remind us of seasonal service times etc. I am usually quite skeptical of these plans but it was cheap and was useful to remind us to do what we should do anyway in terms of preventive maintenance. The plan also claimed we would get priority callouts when we needed service. That feature proved quite useful recently when one of our furnaces wouldn't operate. Of course this was during a cold spell. They responded immediately to our call, came out and diagnosed the problem and fixed it the next day. They were most apologetic about not being able to repair it the same day but they needed a new circuit board from the manufacturers supplier. the staf are courteous and respectful Of the home. They put their own entry mat down to clean their shoes and also put on paper booties. A good local firm.

My upstairs A/C stopped working Sunday evening before Labor Day. After reviewing Angie's list, I still wanted more input so asked neighbors who they had used. Based on two of them giving glowing reports on Knight Air, I called and left a voice mail on Labor Day. I got a return call at 8:30 AM the following morning from Michael Knight who said he could come to my house by noon that same day. He and his son arrived around 10:30 AM. Michael was very professional in checking the system out and quickly diagnosed the problem as a blown capacitor out by the compressor. He had the replacement part on his truck, changed it out, checked the coolant level, and test operated the system all in 30 minutes after arriving.
