Requested an appointment with a salesman and they showed up on time. They asked what we were looking for and then listened. They didn't try to sell me anything while I was discussing my needs. They asked questions only to clarify what I was telling them. At the end of the discussion Darrell and his associate discussed options that would meet the needs that "I" laid out. They then discussed alternatives, at my request, that were both above and below depending on the price I was willing to spend or what I didn't want to spend. We talked about various options to provide the "quality" I wanted at each of the price points. Not once did they belittle the competition or try to dissuade me from going elsewhere. They were not pushy at any point which put them at the top of my list over the other "Name Brand" companies.
