We used the designs originally created by Tammy Overstreet in our first meeting.  She sent an employee out to remeasure.  We discussed with him wanting additional cabinets and a more expansive design.  He didn't do the designs but relayed he information to Tammy.  She NEVER came back with our updated design.  When we called she said she would get to it but never did.  When the installers came to fix some installation damage we asked them about adding molding to the bottoms to match the rest of the house.  She immediately called to say that was not in the quote.  We had requested a detailed quote and never received one.  
The work and installers were excellent but I won't give out a recommendation because of such poor customer service.  I don't know if it was because the job was so small or what but I wanted the entire project completed in one shot....and it isn't.

It was more than we wanted to spend so we didn't use them. She came out and discussed the different options. She was prompt and answered any of the questions we had.

Business owner came to my sister's house, made measurements, had good suggestions for best approach, and had a quote with drawings within 24 hours. Cabinet installation was done by professional, courteous and very conscientious employees. Accent built the framework for the cabinets immediately so that we could have the countertops installed while the drawers, etc,. were being built/stained. The cabinets are well made, solid, and very attractive. The kitchen built-in work really made a difference in the kitchen and looks great!!

Overall, it went very well. I thought the quality of the work was excellent and I was very happy with it. The employees were courteous and kind.

I was very pleased with them. Their prices were less than cabinets in stock at one of their competitors. I wish they did everything else because I would only hire them. The designer, Tammy, came and met with me personally. I didn't really know how to verbalize what I wanted, but she was able to lead me in the conversation and draw from me what I wanted. She drew the design exactly how I wanted it. The installer spent time to try and save me money but still get what I wanted.
