Met with Barry on a Thursday. He came out and looked at all the projects I want to get done. I expressed my desire to start the project right away so I called him on Friday to follow up on the quote. Never received a call back. Late Sunday night I got a text asking for my email address, which I provided. I finally got an email quote on Monday for just one of my projects. When I asked about the others he was so rude! He said why would I quote the other work when you haven't hired me to do the job on the first. I told him as a consumer I would want to compare prices to other professionals and make a selection based on multiple factors. I would need quotes to do that. He obviously didn't want the work and had terrible customer service skills. I will NEVER call on them again!

"I'm sorry [Member Name Removed] feels this way. She told me up front she had limited amount of funds and wasn't sure when she would do the other projects. She had asked me to quote four or five different projects. I told her, in person, that a quote I gave her today might not be good in a few weeks. Our market right is volatile and can change in a heart beat. Besides that, I am busy and did not have the time to work up the quotes she asked for. As of right now, I have five file on my desk that have been there for over two weeks. I try to work on these quotes a little bit each morning. I don't sit in my office all day working on bids other administrative duties...I get out and go check my projects that are in progress. I gave [Member Name Removed] a quote for the project she was ready to start. I also told her when I sent her my quote that we could not start her project until the following week. And frankly, it is my decision to bid the projects I that I choose to do."

The work was excellent. Alma was a pleasure to work with and very professional. Her crew was on time, worked hard, taking only one short break. They completed the job that day, working from 9am until 7or 8pm. They cleaned with area up when they were finished. I could not be more pleased with the work they did and love my new patio. I would hire them again, definitely.
